Eco-Friendly house is one of the new trend that is being adopted very fast by the society, because people are getting concerned about the fact “GLOBAL WARMING”.

Energy conservation is more in this house, resources like WATER, ELECTRICITY, COOKING GAS, etc. are saved in this type houses.

Fly ash

Page 7: Copy of final ppt

Fly ash is also used in cement plant

It also used in making mortar.

Thereby, it proportionally reduces the quantity of cement required.

Reduces three major pollution that is Air Pollution, Water Pollution, and Land Pollution.

INDIA is the fourth ranker in using wind mill. It is fitted in the rural areas where intensity of Wind is high.

It can also be used in 2 to 3 or more floors building.

A heat pump is a machine that moves heat from one location to another using mechanical work .

The same principal is at work in your refrigerator.

The heat pump in your fridge extracts the warmth from inside the fridge and releases it outside which is why the back of your fridge is warm.

Page 19: Copy of final ppt

Sources are:-•Ground source

•Air source

•Water source

Page 20: Copy of final ppt

Heat pump uses the electricity needed to run a one-bar heater and converts it

into the heat output of a four-bar heater. The Daikin Inverter heat pump actually

pumps out over three times more energy (actually 375 per cent efficient ), in the

form of heat. And it continues to work even when the

inside is colder than the outside.

Advantages

Page 21: Copy of final ppt

Advantages And best of all, heat pumps can be

flicked into reverse to provide cooling in summer.

They also filter the air to remove irritants like pollen and dust -and they work as dehumidifiers.

That saves the cost of buying several different units.

It doesn't produce any carbon dioxide emissions that contribute to global warming.

Rainwater harvesting is the gathering, or accumulating and storing, of rainwater.

Biogas is generated by degradation of waste organic material such as cow dung, human excreta etc. Therefore, waste material can be utilized. The By-product of biogas plant can be

used as Fertilizers for the farms.

Conclusion Waste materials like Fly ash and

organic waste is utilized. Efficiently using energy, water, and

other resources…………….. Long-term benefits are achieved. Hence, concept of eco-friendly

house is achieved.
