The complex of social or cultural conditions thateffects an individual or community.
The word Environment was originated from theFRENCH word ENVIRONNER,which means to
encircle or surround. Environment are of different types

Environmental Science is the systematic study of our
environment and our proper place in environment.
A relatively new field,Environmental Science,is highly
inter-disciplinary,integrating,natural science,social
science and humanities in a broad holistic study of a
world around us.
Environmental Science is mission oriented.
It seeks new,valid,contextual knowledge about the
natural world and our impacts on it.
