This is a 4-week parent education program designed to help you build better communication skills and relate moremeaningfully (and peacefully) with your teenager.

The Engaging Adolescents program (as created by psychologist andauthor of the book by the same name, Michael Hawton) runs over 3weeks with an additional week dedicated to managing technologyand screen-based media use issues.

Parents will gain a renewed sense of confidence about the rolethey can play in their teenagers’ lives, without conversationsmorphing into arguments.

+ DATES: 4 x Mondays on Feb 8, 15, 22, and March 1, 2021 at 7pm for90 mins each session. Each session builds upon the previous.
