been selected on the following terms and conditions.

You will be working in our Location: Ahmedabad

Your Gross Salary Package shall be Rs. 2.57 Lacs

Your date of Joining will be 16th August 2012

At the time of joining you shall bring the following documents failing which your joining shall

not be considered as completed and you will not be allowed to attend your Induction &

Orientation Program

1) Passport Size Photo and One Stamp Sized Photograph.

2) Age Proof Certificate (High School Mark Sheet or School Leaving Certificate or Birth

Certificate)

3) Copies of Certificates for educational qualification with originals for Verification.

4) Experience Certificate and relieving order of previous company (Incase of experienced

person)

5) Name of Two Reference with their complete address / Occupation etc.

6) Permanent Residence address proof.

7) Blood Group.

8) Postcard size photograph of self along- with family.

Your Offer cum Appointment Letter shall be sent from our Zonal Office and shall be handed

over to you on the day of your joining.
