KriskaDECOR® is a curtain made of small, anodised aluminium links, an authentic metal textile that is light and versatile.

The design options are as many as the possibilities offered by the available space and the imagination of the interior and decoration professionals. The curtains are totally customisable in design, sizes and shapes.

Amongst its multiple applications we would highlight the separation of interior and exterior spaces, the wall and ceiling decoration, and the creation of lighting features.

This is an innovative material that allows the creator to design contemporary and stunning decorative proposals.

Nuestra tecnología propia nos permite reproducir imágenes o diseños (líneas, círculos, logotipos…), combinando los colores de nuestra paleta, hasta un máximo de 15 colores por cortina.

A partir de una imagen clara y definida en formato .jpg, .pdf, .tiff o similar del motivo que se desea “tejer”, se adapta la imagen a la forma de la malla, al tamaño de la cortina y a la gama de colores disponible, como si cada malla fuera un píxel.

Our special technology allows us to reproduce images or designs (lines, circles, logos…), combining the colours from our palette, up to a maximum of 15 colours per curtain.

From a clear, defined image in .jpg, .pdf, .tiff format or similar of the motif you want to “weave”, the image is adapted to the shape of the mesh, the size of the curtain and the range of available colours, as if every link were a pixel.

The curtain hangs from a straight rail.The rail can be fixed to a ceiling or wall with the possibility of joining various curtains. Volume can also be created by joining curtains at different angles.

A system of panels that move in parallel and independently.

The aluminium rail and the runners are specially designed for smooth movement. It is possible to make a range of independent panel configurations, being able to pull them open to one side or equally at both ends.

CHAIN DRAPERYCHAIN DRAPERY

The system allows us to create curtains that can be opened and closed. The chain is fastened to a flexible textile strip and slides along the rail. Movement can be manual or motorised. Once opened, the curtains can stay straight or wavy.

The system also allows us to create circular areas using curved rails.

El sistema permite crear cortinas que se pueden abrir y cerrar. La cadena va fijada a una cinta de textil flexible que se mueve por el rail mediante unas correderas y el accionamiento puede ser manual o motorizado. Una vez extendidas, las cortinas pueden quedar rectas u onduladas.

The Ceiling Drapery system allows us to use KriskaDECOR® to decorate ceilings, giving them special textures and finishes. El sistema Ceiling Drapery permite utilizar KriskaDECOR® para decorar techos, dándoles unas texturas y acabados especiales.

“RAIN” OPTIONOPCIÓN “lluvia”

A modular system that allows us to create a “rain” effect from the ceiling. The structure is formed of individual grid shaped modules and it is therefore possible to cover any surface regardless of its dimensions. The strands of chain, which can have the same or different lengths, hang from the structure, making installation easier.

By installing parallel rails we can create ceiling volume. The rails can be straight, wavy or curved, and even make different figures.

Allows us to create waves on ceilings of any width or any height. The horizontal waves can be combined with vertical curtains to cover the walls.

The way in which the aluminium chain responds to illumination allows us to create spectacular effects, therefore broadening the decorative possibilities and chain applications (for projections, stage settings, changes in the ambience…).

Customised projects: Elaboration of structures required for each space.

Booop Lamp: Through an aluminium structure of concentric circles located at varying heights, it is possible to create lamps of any size, various shapes and designs in personalised colours and images. Natsumi: Rail that incorporates LED light that bathes the curtain, providing a light source and accentuating the effect of the curtain (see p. 11).

The chains reduce the entrance of sunlight but they allow vision and ventilation. Moreover, the material is light and easy to install.

Depending on the type of mesh, spacing, colour and inclination, between 40% and 50% of the light that affects the building is reflected.

CHAIN LINKING ENLAZADO DE CADENAThe chains can be joined together using rings, at any height and as many times as required. This option gives the curtain rigidity and prevents entrance/exit use.

Es posible enlazar las cadenas entre sí mediante anillas, a cualquier altura y tantas veces como se requiera. Esta opción aporta rigidez a la cortina a la vez que evita el paso a través.

CURTAIN SHAPING VACIADOS DE CORTINAThis consists of “trimming off” the height, creating doors, steps, slopes… at the bottom of the curtain. This shaping can follow straight or curved lines to create surprising effects.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE INSTALACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO

The curtain is supplied ready to install, including the rail and fasteners. Installation is simple and does not require specialised personnel.

Before installation, check that the element where the curtain will be installed is able to take its weight.

For curtain maintenance, clean with water and mild soap (not basic). Vapour or water pressure machines can also be used.

La cortina se suministra lista para su instalación, incluyendo el rail y los anclajes. La instalación es sencilla y no precisa de personal especializado.

Antes de la instalación, es necesario comprobar que el elemento donde se instalará la cortina resiste el peso de la misma.

Para su mantenimiento, la limpieza se realiza con agua y jabón neutro (no básico). También puede utilizarse vapor o máquinas de agua a presión.

CURTAIN MEASUREMENTS MEDIDAS DE LAS CORTINAS

The curtains can be made to any size, height and width. Aluminium is a very light element and it is easy to handle.

The curtains are delivered with the measurements as indicated by the customer. The sizes always include the rail and the support system.

Due to the size of the meshes and the spaces between strands, the measurements may not be exact, although they are as close as technically possible to the height and width requested, without exceeding these measurements.

For better chain presence, we recommend leaving a 2 cm space at the bottom of the curtain.

Las cortinas se pueden realizar en cualquier medida, tanto en anchura como en altura. El aluminio es un elemento muy ligero, de fácil manipulación.

Las cortinas se suministran a la medida indicada por el cliente. Las medidas siempre incluyen el rail y el sistema de sujeción.

Debido al tamaño de las mallas y a la separación entre tiras, las medidas pueden no ser exactas, aunque se aproximarán tanto como sea técnicamente posible a la altura y anchura solicitadas, sin sobrepasar esas medidas.

Para una mejor presencia de la cadena, recomendamos dejar libres 2 cm en la parte inferior de la cortina.

The aluminium in KriskaDECOR® curtains goes through a special ANODISING treatment for chains that gives them improved robustness and offers high colour resistance against climatic factors, wear and rusting. ENVIRONMENT Medio ambiente

En KriskaDECOR® trabajamos siendo plenamente conscientes de nuestro impacto en el medio ambiente para poder minimizarlo al máximo, invirtiendo en ello todos los esfuerzos y recursos disponibles.

Combinamos la experiencia adquirida en los más de 87 años de existencia de la empresa con los conocimientos y la variedad de enfoques que nos proporcionan profesionales independientes, con el fin de conseguir unos productos atractivos, útiles, duraderos y sobre todo, respetuosos con el medio ambiente.

Esto ha supuesto el diseño tanto de tecnología propia eficiente y sostenible como de procesos productivos que nos permiten minimizar el impacto en el entorno. Más allá del mero cumplimiento de la legislación vigente, nuestra filosofía de empresa integra la ley de las 3R: Reducir, Reciclar y Reutilizar. Como parte de nuestra responsabilidad con el Medio Ambiente, revisamos y aplicamos regularmente las nuevas MTD (mejores técnicas disponibles) en nuestros procesos de fabricación y realizamos estudios de reducción de residuos.

Apostamos por un uso responsable de las materias primas. Para ello trabajamos con materiales de gran calidad como el aluminio que nos permiten crear productos duraderos, atemporales y totalmente recicla- bles al final de su vida útil. Nuestros productos se fabrican en aluminio, con un porcentaje de material reciclado del 20%, cuya producción consume menos recursos, reduciendo así nuestra huella de carbono.

Dado que el agua es un recurso esencial, se ha realizado un especial esfuerzo en conseguir reutilizar gran parte del agua de producción mediante la instalación de una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales, y la mejora continua de las instalaciones de anodizado, lo que reduce el uso de productos químicos. De la misma forma, se han sustituido los equipos que utilizaban CFC’s.

El transporte de los productos KriskaDECOR® se realiza en embalajes de cartón reciclado encolados, lo que permite su fácil reciclaje. Se trata de embalajes adaptados al tamaño del producto para evitar un uso innecesario de material y optimizados para el transporte.

También ponemos especial atención en los residuos, llegando a acuerdos con los proveedores y empresas especializadas para su correcta gestión o reutilización. Nuestros productos son fácilmente reciclables al final de su vida útil, dado que sus componentes son totalmente separables entre si.

Our products are made with aluminium that contains 20% of recycled material, the production of which consumes fewer resources, so that, we reduce our carbon footprint.

Given that water is an essential resource, a special effort has been made to achieve the re-usage of a large amount of production water through the installation of a waste water treatment plant. The continuous improvements of the anodising installations reduce the use of chemical products. Likewise, the equipment that used CFC’s has been substituted.

KriskaDECOR® products are transported using packaging made from glued, recycled cardboard that can be easily recycled. The packages are adapted to the product size in order to avoid the unnecessary use of materials and optimise transportation.

We also pay special attention to waste, reaching agreements with suppliers and companies specialised in waste or re-use management. Our products are easily recyclable at the end of their useful lives as their parts are totally detachable.
