Ingredients for one cup sushi riceOnce the rice is cooked, place it in a large bowl. Then mix in the following ingredients:(this is based on 2 cups of COOKED sushi rice)

cup of rice vinegar¼1 tablespoon of sugar

tablespoon of salt¼
