Cooking Matters for Adults

Shop for and cook healthy meals on a budget.

Description:

This is a 6-week series, 2 hrs. each Tuesday. Classes will begin on October 23, 2018. This course is taught by a nutrition educator and covers meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting and nutrition. Adults participants take home groceries at the end of each class.
