Well-Test• Process of testing
planned data to maximise knowledge of oil and gas wells.
• Vessels for well-testing incorporate a processing plant; capturing oil and gas flared during testing operations
Originally designed by Henderson International in 2003 for Well-Testing; commissioned by Al Mansoori in 2004.

Well-Stimulation; The Conversion• Done to stimulate
existing wells increasing production and flow of hydrocarbons.
Conversion required; addition of 11.4 section parallel to the middle body. Along with 2x acid tanks.
New exhaust chimneys with mounting and securing stimulation equipment on-deck

What Was Done; Summary
• Ship was cut in the middle at 11.4.• 2x acid tanks added at midship• Alteration of air ventilation
• Re-design of piping
• Well-stimulation cabin added on upper forecastle deck
• Well-stimulation equipment installed, secured on deck• Exhaust chimney and air intake installed on deck.WHY? Vessel, initially was 60M; not meeting longitudinal length criteria.
Heavy weight of the midship, also warranted tank loading modifications; meeting strength criteria.
Ventilation, by IBC regulations was also modified for acid tanks
