HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS

IFA has reserved room blocks at two hotels within the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino complex (3950 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119) - Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas. Mandalay Bay is a 43-story luxury resort offering elegant rooms that all have 42-inch flat-screen TVs, seating areas, floor-to-ceiling windows and soaking tubs; upgrades include living areas, wet bars and/or Bose sound systems. Delano Las Vegas is on the north side of the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino complex. This hotel offers chic, modern suites featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, separate living rooms, and luxe bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers. All have flat-screen TVs and iPod docks.

Mandalay Bay Thursday, Feb. 21-Tuesday, Feb. 26: $189/night Wednesday, Feb. 27 and Thursday, Feb. 28: $129/night

Delano Las Vegas Thursday, Feb. 21-Tuesday, Feb.26: $245/night Wednesday, Feb. 27 and Thursday, Feb. 28: $186/night

There is also a $12 daily resort fee which includes in-room wireless internet, cardio center access, daily newspaper, local phone calls, faxes, and boarding pass printing.

party sources indicating that they are officially booking rooms for the IFA Convention - they are NOT affiliated with IFA or our Convention. Buyer beware, many of these offers are fraudulent attempts to solicit money from you for a non-existent reservation. Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.

The deadline for booking your room at either Convention hotel is January 30, 2019 (or when the room blocks sell out, whichever comes first). All guests are responsible for submitting a credit card number as a guarantee at the time of booking.

AIRPORT GROUND TRANSPORTATION

WHAT TO PACKBusiness casual attire is appropriate for all Convention events. Please keep in mind that meeting rooms tend to be cool, so you may be more comfortable with a jacket. We also advise that you wear comfortable shoes. Jeans are discouraged except during exhibitor set up and dismantle hours.

Terminal 3 travellers should go to the Valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage.

If you are interested in renting a car, you can take a shuttle to the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. From baggage claim, follow signs to ground transportation on Level 1. Proceed to the rental car shuttle located at the center median outside doors 10 and 11. A full list of rental car companies can be found here - www.mccarran.com/Transportation/RentalCars. For more information about the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center, call 702-261-6001. Self-parking or valet parking is available to guests upon arrival at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino; self-parking is currently $15 daily and valet parking is currently $24 daily (prices subject to change on arrival).

The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is located 6 miles from the Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport (LAS). Regional shuttles are available at the airport and they drop off at all the major strip hotels. Mandalay Bay is usually either the very first drop off or the very last drop off. Shuttles generally cost $8 - $10 per person.

Taxicabs are available outside the airport terminal on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4, at a fare between $20 and $35 depending on traffic. Taxicabs are also available at the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Limousines are available on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7 - 13.

For Ride Share Pickup at McCarran Airport, Terminal 1 travellers should go to level 2 on the parking garage.
