ControlTek goes above and beyond to provide process support. I was challenged with the task of investigating an integrated circuit in a micro-BGA package. ControlTek provided exceptional assistance designing the correct pc board layout, supported prototype manufacture, and determined the correct method to mount the integrated circuit.

Training

Internal training is essential for ControlTek and our customers to succeed. Our assembly personnel are certified to IPC-610-C standards and other critical training is provided. Our design engineers and technicians are in continuous training to keep up with changes in technology.

Documentation

Our electronic document control system supports having the correct documentation at the right time. On-line access for administrative, operations, engineering and production personnel adds efficiency that is passed on to our customers.

Test Development

ControlTek has a very strong technical background that is utilized to apply the optimum test strategy to every project. We strive to provide 100 percent testing of all delivered products, balancing the test development expense with per unit test cost to achieve the best benefit for our customers.
