At school, it is important to know the attendance and late arrivals to the educational community, therefore, a management system easy to control will be created for the educative community, making it easier to know if the person was late or if it left earlier or have left school.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

To develop an entry and exit control system to facilitate and speed up the record of who enters and who exits at a specific time of day.

1. To facilitate the attendance control through a program that uses a database containing basic information for staff and students of the school.

2. To use a barcode reader to read the codes that contain each card to be used to determine whether the person entered or left the institution at any time of day.

Description of the Project • In the Santa Cecilia School

attendance is passed every day to students, faculty and staff, with this project each teacher will have to register what time did he or she entered and what time he or she left the school.

teachers and employees too. The code that is contained in the card has to pass in the bar code reader to identify that the student, teacher or employee; came to the institution.

project is to create a database, that is going to be created in Microsoft Access, the working group will do eight tables; in they it’ll have to place the student´s & employee’s information, this tables will content names, last name, ID Card, and others.

to a program that’s going to be done in “Visual Basic 6.0”, the one that is going to help to take the attendance of every single member of the school.
