FacilitateThink – Pair - Share
Individually, think about and write down…• Two opportunities that you feel exist in
working with transfer students.• Two barriers that you feel exist or are
hindering your work with transfer students
Next, in small groups (2- 4 people) discuss what you have written down – Select one of each to discuss.
Finally, you will share with the group the opportunity and barrier you identified. Do you have ideas regarding solutions or how to implement elsewhere? Group Discussion
Thank You
You are the key….
What doors will you unlock for students?
