    When supporting the drafting of a clients rFP, Booz Allen places a premium on presenting instructions and prompts that elicit proposals from industry that speak directly to the needs of our clients. We strive to create well-defined rFPs, including Sections BH, L, and M; work statements (Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, and Statements of Objec-tives) and Contract Data requirements Lists (CDrL).

    Source Selection Support. to prepare for competitive acquisitions, Booz Allen provides administrative support to the technical Evaluation Board and cost/price analysis support to the Cost Evaluation team. We coordinate, plan, and host source selections and oral presentations, and craft properly weighted evaluation scorecards for evaluators, including comment sections to document proposal strengths, weaknesses, and risks. Our support is administered in an objective and unbiased manner to ensure that no bidder receives an unfair competitive advantage.

    Contract Administration. Our contract strategy and management staff provides outstanding post-award support to help our clients maintain best value in contract administration. We draft contract modi-fications, delivery orders, task orders, and technical direction letters. We help our clients evaluate change proposals and incorporate resulting changes into a conformed contract. Ultimately, Booz Allen leverages industry best practices to streamline the time-to-award for funding and administrative modifications to existing contracts.

Booz Allens comprehensive contract strategy and management services are not complete until our team works with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to facilitate proper contract closeout. We complete funding realignment, obligation, and de-obligation, and ensure receipt of deliverables and proper disposal of government Furnished Property.
