Objective is to show employees/contractors what is in the Employee/Contractor Portal.

Logging into the Standard side of the Portal will allow them easy access to reports

and other metrics being tracked in PenguinData Workforce Management.

Login in to PenguinData Standard

The user will enter: https://companyname.penguindata.com in the address bar of the

browser. The users company will provide the information on the address to use.

Once you login you will be brought to the Main Dashboard Page for the Contractor

Portal. The user should see the options available to them upon login.

If the user has Memo Alerts showing as the only option, they will need to click the Memo

Alerts bar to open the alerts. When Memo Alerts is the only option available to the user,

it is due to a memo being locked or requiring acknowledgement. The user must read

and/or acknowledge the memo(s) in order to continue into the complete dashboard page.

Lost Inventory –Lists all CPE lost to the Employee/Contractor

Parts – Lists all current Parts issued to Employee/Contractor

Tools – Lists all current Tools issued to Employee/Contractor

History:

History has 3 Sections associated to it that allow the Employee/Contractor to

run historical reports on their own data within PenguinData Workforce
