I hereby apply for booth space at Norton’s Gatlinburg Apparel, Jewelry and Gift Show LLC. Attached is my deposit/payment of $_____ for ___

Booth(s). $500.00 deposit required for each 10 x 10 booth. $100.00 corner fee charged. Please make checks payable to Norton’s Gatlinburg Apparel,

Jewelry and Gift Show LLC. Booths will not be held without deposit; deposit/booth fee is nonrefundable upon cancellation; no rollovers; balance of

booth fee not paid in full 30 days prior to show date may constitute cancellation of booth(s); cancellations must be made 3 weeks prior to show date,

allowing promoter opportunity to resell booth and recover loss. I am liable for any balance due on booth and will remit balance immediately; any

deposit for future shows will be forfeited. I will be liable should The Norton Shows pursue Exhibitor for collection of funds and that pursuit/legalities/

lawsuit for collection of returned checks, uncollected booth fees, stopped payments, etc. will occur in Sevier County, TN. I fully understand that TNS/

NGAJGS are not responsible nor will be held responsible for any miscommunication, mishaps, delivery problems which may occur to Exhibitors’

freight/person either enroute to/from show site/or at show site. I understand that I am solely responsible for any catastrophe that might occur while

contracted to TNS/NGAJGS. I understand that The Norton Shows/NGAJGS, the Gatlinburg Convention Center and the City of Gatlinburg will not

be responsible for theft, fire, injury, misrouted shipments or other kind of damage that might occur to my goods, buyers or personal body during my

period of contract with The Norton Shows. In the event cancellation of show occurs due to strikes, floods, water damage, fallen trees, wildfires, loss of

electricity, power, etc. or any other reasons or acts of God, I will not hold NGAJGS liable for loss. Exhibitors may not sublet booth(s) or two or more

Exhibitors may not share same booth space; NGAJGS has the right to relocate Exhibitors’ booth and/or to cancel Exhibitors’ booth space without

recompense, should management deem action to be within best interest of show or if Exhibitor does not follow show guidelines or constitutes a

disturbance to show; NGAJGS has the right to limit or relocate vendors in certain categories or carrying same merchandise. I understand I must

exhibit all three days of the show, unless an emergency occurs during the show. I understand breakdown of booth(s) before 4:00 pm on the last day of

the show is prohibited. I understand The Norton Shows are wholesale, order writing, cash-and-carry and will comply accordingly. BOOTH FEE PAID

WITHIN THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO SHOW MUST BE CASHIERS CHECK OR CASH. NO REDUCTION OF BOOTH SPACE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO

SHOWDATE. NO UNLICENSED PRODUCTS OR KNOCK-OFFS ALLOWED. NO PHOTOGRAPHS. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
