CONTRACT VALIDITY & EXPIRATION DATE Any inquiry for contract extension must be submitted at least one month prior to expiration date. Pranaya

Suites BSD City reserves all rights to terminate the agreement before the expiration date based on our professional consideration. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT PROCEDURE

Check in time is from 2.00 PM and check out time is at 12.00 AM. Extention of check out time until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charge 50% based on contract rate. Check out after 18.00 hours is subject to 1 night room charge at contracted rate.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

All reservation is held until 18.00 hours, unless one night stay is guaranteed by a credit card, guaranteed letter or a deposit. No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received by the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival date.

For cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, or in the event of no show, 1 nights contracted room rate will be charged. Cancellations should be made in writing. No show must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers since as the clients did not arrive in the hotel, no voucher or guaranteed letter will be submitted when invoicing.

RESERVATION POLICES

Rate is applicable upon receiving advance reservation from your office. In case no prior reservation has

been made, presentation of guarantee letter from your company or company ID card is required, otherwise

the published rate shall apply.

Room reservation is subject to availability and confirmation of the respective hotel upon time of reservation,

therefore advance reservation is advisable. Generally the confirmed reservation will be held by the respective

hotel only until 6 PM local time (exceptional may apply to some hotels),

unless the reservation is reconfirmed by the Guarantee Letter mentioning that no show fee can be charged.

CHILDREN POLICY

No additional room charges for children under 12 years old, sharing the room with parents without extra

bed or breakfast.

TRANSPORTATION

Round trip airport transfer can be arranged (SOEKARNO HATTA Airport – Pranaya suites Hotel BSD –

SOEKARNO HATTA Airport ) at Rp. 300.000 /way/car.

The mentioned rate is inclusive tax and service charge, currently 21% and non-commissionable.

BILLING PROCEDURES

Advance deposit is required upon check-in for personal & group booking expenses.

CREDIT FACILITIES

In the event you may choose to establish credit facilities with hotel, a credit application form for

approval is available upon request.

Credit facilities will only be granted once satisfactory credit references have been received and

approved. Application for credit should be made at least 15 working days before a guest’s stay.

Credit terms are payment on receipt of invoice. Failure to issue payment within these terms may

result in credit facilities being withdrawn.

PAYMENT

Payment method must be stated at the time of booking.

Payment will made by the guest on departure, at the hotel, by cash or accepted credits cards.

In case you do not have existing credit facilities with the hotel, reservation can be accepted with pre-

payment of one night deposit. Payment in full for all charges must be settled before check-out in cash

or by credit card unless separate written credit arrangements have been agreed by both parties

CONFIDENTIALITY AND EXCLUSIVITY

This contract remains confidential between the undersigned and designates clientele, and shall not be

disclosed to other third parties. Unauthorized disclosure of content will automatically terminate this

agreement.

Any amendment to this agreement shall not be valid until agreed in writing by authorized Pranaya Suites

BSD City.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Pranaya Suites BSD City and the client agree to each carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting itself against any claims arising from any activities conducted in the retreat during the period of accommodation. The performance of the agreement by either party is subject to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities contracted.
