Article 1. Subject of the Contract

1.1 The subject of the Contract is the collaboration in selection, enrollment and education а!the University оп the basis of tuition [ее of citizens from Turkey.

Article 2. Obligations of the University

The Uпivегsitу is оЫigеd:

2.1 То conc!ude а contract of the set mode! witll each enrolled student: at the preparatorydepartment, undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

2.2 The enrollment of the students in the first уеаг undergraduate studies is based оп theепггапсе examination, which includes 3 tests: the langLlage of instruction (written testand ага! ехаm, min. геquiгетепt - level В2), hiology (written test), сhеmistгу (writtentest), the ratio is 50:30:20. The enrollment will Ье strictly in а decreasing order of theentrance examination mагks according to the avai!ahIe p!aces at each faculty and the!anguage of instruction. The candidates who will receive dшiпg entrance examination anaverage mark below 7,0 will Ье rejected. The candidates who will по! pass to the firstуеаг could apply for preparatory уеаг.

2.3 То ensure tlle study of tlle Romanian language (if песеззагу) with зцозеоцегп tгаiпiпg atthe Uпivегsitу роыягасцаге specialties according to the University educational сшгiсulаand syllabl.

2.4 То епsше t!le Llndergraduate training in English for the whole period of studies and theзтцоу of the Romanian langLlage to аssше the necessary knowledge of clinical studies,

2.7 То provide the зшсепт тог the who!e period of stLldy with а р!асе il1 dormitory in theсагправ furnished with necessary thil1gs апо having pLlыcc uti!ities тог ап extra раугпепг,The dormitory [ее and its раугпепт теппз аге fixed Ьу the decision of the UniversitySel1ate ассопйпя to costs of gas, e!ectricity, heatil1g, water, and other faci!ities eachyear.

2.9 During the period of зшау to render he!p to the зшсеш to receive the entry and exitvisas for аl1 extra раугпепт at the согпрегепт bodies of the Repllыcc of Mo!dova fortrave!ing to the home соцптгу and back for зпкйез and in issLling other necessaryсосцгпептэ required for the stay in the Repllыcc of Mo!dova.

2.1 О То епзцге ргерагапоп of all гесшгео docLlmel1ts for issLling visa for the Repllыcc ofMo!dova according to the !egis!ation in force and to согппэше to faci!itating issllingмва,

2.11 University representatives рагпсграге 111гпееппя зшоепгз sent Ьу the Firm at theChisil1aLl [птегпацопа! Airport.

2.12 То provide transportation to the зшсегпэ from the airport to the зпюептз' гезшепсе.

2.13 То send to the Firm the app!ication forms, invitation for stlldy and admission !etter forevery зшоепт within the пгпе !imits.

2.14 То indicate the dead!ine of new эшсегпз аогпгззюп (аг the beginning of each academicyear).

2.15 То provide песеззагу materia!s for advertisil1g апс familiarizing with conditions ofаоппзэюп and stlldy at the Ппгуегэпу.

2.16 То provide the Firm with data оп the репоггпапсе of the recommended students in orderto inform their parents afterwards.

2.17 The Ul1iversity il1forms the Firm aboLlt t!1e l1ames of the candidates se!ected for the

2.19 То issue ап invitatiol1 тог studies for each selected сапdidаtе and to assist in оЬtаiпiпgугза.

2.20 То provide tl1e Firm witl1 а" the dосumепts апо other materials required тог theгесоgпitiоп of the degree оЬtаiпеd at gгаduаtiоп from the University Ьу the competentbodies of country of origin (if песеssагу).

The Firm is оЫigеd:

3.1. То епsuге еnrоllmепt at uпivегsitу studies iп the academic уеаг 2014-2015 ofnot lessthan 20 students апо in the соmiпg academic years the питЬег of students iпdiсаtеd iпthe аdditiопаl agreement signed емегу уеаг, which is ап integral part of the presentсопtгасt since аgгееmепt has Ьееп Ье sigl1ed Ьу both parties.

3.2. То represent and advertise the University iп order to attract citizens of Turkey тогstudies.

3.3. То give the candidates а detailed iпfогmаtiоп сопсегпiпg their rights, оЫigаtiопs and theсопtепts ofthe сопtгасt between the University апс each сапdidаtе.

3.4. The Ппп епsurеs that еуегу сапdidаtе who comes to study at the Uпivегsitу, will submitthe fоllоwiпg dосumепts:

consent.

3.5 То provide the tгапsit visa тог сапdidаtеs who arrive to study in а сошпгу where theyаге to oЬtail1 ап епtгу visa to tl1e RерuЫiс of Moldova in а Diplomatic mission of theRерuЫiс of Moldova.

3.6 То participate in the process of issuing visas to enter the territory of the RерuЫiс ofMoldova according to the legislation in [огсе.

3.7 То inform the University in аdvапсе (at least 5 days) about the time of arrival, the

3.8 То iпfогт the students' рагепts (геlаtivеs) about theil" academic ргоgгеss under theContract, signed with the University.

3.9 То inform the candidates that in the pгocess of admission they will Ье tested in hiologyand chemistry. Candidates who opt for training in English will Ье tested to determinethe [еме! of knowledge of the English language (minimum - [еме! В2).

3.1 О То inform the citizens invited to study аэош the mandatory declaration of the сцггепсуavailaыe (dollars ог Ецго) at the Спэтогпз of the RepLlыcc of Moldova.

3.11 The Firm will stamp each stLldent's application, to confirm that the student has Ьеепenrolled through the Firm.

3.12 То sign ап individual agreement with each candidate concerning provision ofinformation and legal services for the whole period of studies at the University.

3.13 То inform the students enrolled to the 1st уеаг, English medium of training, thatstarting with the yd year they пшst know Romanian language at level В2 [огinteraction with the patients.

3.14 То inform all the эшсегпз (1st_бt11 уеагз), that according to the legislation of theRepLlыcc of Moldova, тпеу пшзт ршсhаsе annually the mandatory iпsшапсе policy.Dшiпg the period 01.01.2015 - 31.03.2015 цтеге is а fixed price. After 31.03.2015, theprice of policy is douыd •.

3.15 То епsше раугпепт of travel expenses to the соцптгу of origin for эшсептв enrolledthrollgh the Firm in case of ехршзюп from the University and refusal to cover theseexpenses.

3.1б То ensure the tuition fees paid Ьу the students enrolled throllgh the Firm dшiпg thewhole period of their studies at the University.

3.17 То assist in providing гпосегп teaching materials тог the process of еопсапоп,preparation тог screening test in the country of origin and effective functioning of theForeign Stlldents Department ofthe University.

3.18 То contribute to tl1e recognition of the degree obtained at graduation [гот theUniversity Ьу the согпрегепт bodies of соцптгу of origin (if necessary).

3.19 То сопггйяпе to ассогпгпосапоп of tl1e зшоепгз enrolled throllgh the Firm and assureгеересипя the legislatiol1 in тогсе сопсегшпя эшоегпв' stay in the соцгпгу during theirstudies.

3.20 То ensure promotion activities and ргерагапоп of entrance examination, beginningwith 2015 аппцайу to соуег livil1g expenses (hoLlsing, food, internal transport) of 2University representatives for а period цр to 1О days

Article 4. ТЬе conditions of payment , -1\

4.1. The шшоп [ее which shoLl!d Ье paid in the [ауог of the University Ьу сшзепзrecommended Ьу the Firm тог аоппззюп at пте University in 2014 - 2015 academicуеаг according to the ргезегп contract is:

1350 € тог intensive Когпагпап соцгзе at the preparatory department;3250 € тог а уеаг of зпкйез тог эшсегпз enro!led in the 1Sl_year at the Расшпез ofMedicine, Stomato!ogy. and Pharmacy with шэпцспоп in Romanian/Russian.3750 € тог а уеаг of зпкйеэ тог зшоептв enrolled in the 1Sl_year at the Расшпее ofMedicine, Stomatology, and Рпаппасу with шзггцспоп in Englisl1.3400 € тог а уеаг of роыягасцате studies (residency, c!inical fellowship, master pгogram)with шэппсцоп in Romanian and 3750 € with гпзггцсноп in English and Romanian.

The fees mentioned in с+апзе 4.] тог the зшоепгз enrol!ed in the academic уеаг 2014-2015will гегпа.п the загпе тог пте wl1O!e period of зпкйеэ.

Note: if the graduate о/ the preparalory аераптет does nо! continue his/her studies а!the University and requesls his/her сетйсаге he/she is оЬ!igеd {о рау the difJerence betweenthe real cost 0/studies that is 2350 Еипо and the/ee еstаЬ!ishеd in clause 4.1.

4.2. Students enrolled at the Расцпу of Stomato!ogy will рау extra 180-300 Еurо рег уеаг(depending оп the уеаг of зпкйез) to Ье provided with necessary шзтплпегпз апсmateria!s тог clinica! training which is paid [п опе installment a!ong with the шшоп [ее.

4.3. The раугпепт of шшоп [ее and practical skills (for the Гасцпу of Dentistry) is done Ьуthe student in опе installment in EUR Ьу transfer to the University bank accountmentioned in the ргеагпэ!е of the present agreement ог in cash in Mo!davian lei,equivalent to the зшп in EUR, ассокйпя to the officia! ехспапяе гаге of the NationalBank of Mo!dova at the date of раугпепт, Ьщ not less than the ехслапяе rate EURlMDLof the National Bank of Moldova оп the date of signing the individllal agreemel1tbetween the University and the эшоепг. ТЬе раугпепг of the тцпюп [ее Ьу 1Sl_yearstudents will Ье done оп the date of sigl1il1g of the il1dividllal agreemel1t, before the гззцеof the Order of епгойгпепт. 4.6. Тпе Firm pays all ехрепвез to рцгспаэе гешгп tickets тог зшоегпз expelled ог deported[гот tl1e country in case of гешза! of тпе зшоепт Ьу tral1sferring of гесшгео funds to tl1e

4.7. То stimu!ate the Firm's activity in the qllalitative se!ection of candidates тог зпкйез, theUniversity provides тгее education еуегу tenth student enrolled in the 2014-2015academic уеаг and in the subsequent years unti! the end of studies еасп thirteenthэшсегп will Ье trained [гее of charge. If the питЬег of enrolled students is !ess than 1О(ten) ог 13 (thirteen), t!1e Firm will benefit [гот а reduction of tuition fees тог опе ofthese studепts proportionally to this питЬег. The !ist of studепts exempted from тшпопfees is agreed Ьу t!1e Firm and t!1e University.

Article 5. University Rights

5.1. The University has the right to ехре! the student without геiтЬшsетепt of thetuition [ее in cases of:

а. роог academic progress;Ь. unmotivated missing c!asses тог 60 hours ог тоге;с. vio!ation of !aws of the RерuЫiс of Mo!dova, University Chart, Interna!

University Regll!ation, Мога! Code and Regll!ation regarding fllnctioning ofUniversity dormitories and отлег University Regu!ations;

d. termination of the student's зпкйез оп his/her own initiative;е. поп-раутепt tuition [ее iп accordance with the contract signed between the

Uпivегsitу and the Firm; the Uпivегsitу and пте studепt;

5.2. The University has the right to pro!ong the period of зшоу of the зшсепт ог to allow thestudent to repeat ап academic уеаг (по тоге than two times dшiпg the who!e period ofstudies), considering additionally each case provided сотрепsаtiоп expenses of theUniversity according to University Regll!ations.

Article 6. Firm Rights

6.1. То perform the necessary activity in order to fu!fill the provisions of the presentcontract.

6.2. То present, advertise and act as University's representative гп accordance with thepresent contract оп the terri tory of Т шkеу.

6.3. То participate iп discussions оп the academic progress апd behavior of впшегпэепгоllеd through the Firm.

Article 7. Major Force Circumstances

7.1. The Parties аге re!eased [гот регfопniпg the оЫigаtiопs under t!1e present Contractpartially ог comp!ete!y if t!1e fai!ure to fll!fill t!1e Contract's commitments аге caused Ьуthe тогсе - major circumstances оссшпгц; after signing the present contract and ifprevention and avoidance of these circumstances аге not in the power of the Parties.

7.2. The Рапу геfепiпg to the [огсе - major circumstances will inform immediate!y inwritten тоггп the отлег Рапу аоош it enc!osing а specia! оосшпепт issued Ьу theChamber of Соттегсе of тле country where these circumstances оссuпеd. The аооме -mentioned specia! сосшпелт will contain the information about the characrer of theevent and its influence оп the сарасну of the Рапу to meet oыgationss under thepresent Contract.

7.3. When the period of тогсе major circumstances expires, the Рапу that referred to it andthus suspended its соптгасша! oыgationss will have to inform in written [опп the otherParty immediate!y about the possihi!ity to resume the fu!fillment of the present Contractoыgations •.

Article 8. Claims. Annulment of the contract

8.1. The Parties have the right to сапсеl the present Contract in case of the followingreasons:- if, in spite of тпе written warning, опе of the Parties соптпшез to vio!ate the

important c!auses of the present Contract, that !eads to the financia! !oss of theother Рапу;

- in case of the force-major circumstances mentioned in Artic!e 7 of the presentContract;

8.2. The information concerning the intention to аппи! the present Contract is sentimmediate!y to t!le other Рапу. The important messages will Ье considered Ьу theParties to Ье de!ivered if they аге sent Ьу registered mai! to опе of the addresses givenin the present Contract.

8.3. In case of cance!ing the present Contract, both Parties begin immediate!y negotiationsconcerning the way to stop the соптгасша! oыgationss and mutua! discollnts.

8.4. The Parties аге гезропэ.Ые тог non-fll!fillment ог neg!ecting their oыgationss underthe present Contract.

8.5. When having controversies concerning the Contract, the Parties will so!ve them Ьуnegotiations. If the Parties do not reach апу agreement аэош their controversies, theywill арреа! to the competentjudicia! instance ofthe Repllыcc ofMo!dova.

8.6. The present contract is under the !aws of the Repuыcc of Mo!dova.

Article 9. Other Stipulations

9.1 The present Contract comes into action beginning with the date when it is signed andis va!id till 01.09.2020.

9.2 The Firm and the University will respect the students' right to withdraw [гот thepresent Contract and to соппппе their зпкйев Ьу signing ап individua! contract

9.3 The Uпivегsitу does пот Ьеаг апу tгаvеliпg ехрепdituгеs of the studепt to his соuпtгуапd back, as well as the studепt's регsопаl tгаvеliпg оп the territory of the RерuЫiс ofMoldova апd other соuпtгiеs.

9.4 The University doesn't assume апу оЫigаtiопs сопсегпiпg the trip of the student'sfamily to the RерllЫiс of Moldova апd по liviпg ассоmmоdаtiопs аге offered for thisreason.

9.5 In case of the student's prolonged illness Ьои: Parties will negotiate the possibllity tocontinue his studies at the Uпivегsitу.

9.6 During the period of studies each зшсепт will puгchase the "Policy of compulsoryЬеапл шзцгапсе' il1 accordance witl1 tl1e Legislation of tl1e RерuЫiс of Moldova inforce.

9.7 Expelled зшоегпз соуег аll the expenses foreseen [п the Legislation of the RерuЫiс ofMoldova il1clllding the cost of гетцгп tickets to their home сошпгу.

9.8 Additiol1s to агк! сhапgеs of the Сопtгасt аге valid only if they аге made in writtenform апо sigl1ed Ьу both Parties.
