油麻地停車場大廈第一期拆卸工程已於2021年8月31日完成。現繼續進行加士居道天橋隔音罩建造工程、明挖回填隧道工程及重置加士居道天橋工程。Phase one demolition of Yau Ma Tei Carpark Building has been completed on 31 August 2021. The construction of noise enclosures at Gascoigne Road Flyover, the construction of cut-and-cover tunnel and reprovisioning of Gascoigne Road Flyover continue.

海泓道工地和連翔道工地分別繼續進行園景平台鑽樁工程及道路網絡連接橋橋面建造工程。友翔道工地正進行通風坑道建造工程及低於地面道路挖掘及橫向支撐工程。Piling works for landscaped deck at Hoi Wang Road works site and bridge deck construction for the connection bridges to the road network at Lin Cheung Road works site continue. Construction of ventilation adit and excavation and lateral support system for depressed road at Yau Cheung Road works site are in progress.

中段隧道工程於油麻地、何文田及馬頭角豎井通道工地繼續進行隧道挖掘工程，而隧道鑽挖機亦已於2021年7月16日正式啟動，現正向馬頭角方向推進。此外，工程團隊亦於油麻地及馬頭角豎井通道工地興建臨時隔音罩，以進一步減低工程對鄰近居民的影響。Tunnel excavation works at Yau Ma Tei, Ho Man Tin and Ma Tau Kok access shaft works sites continue, and the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) was launched on 16 July 2021 driving towards Ma Tau Kok. In addition, construction of temporary noise enclosure at Yau Ma Tei and Ma Tau Kok access shaft work sites are in progress to further reduce the construction impact on the nearby residents.

橫跨啟祥道及啟德河的行車天橋鑽孔樁工程正在進行中。地下行車道的建造工程繼續進行。樁帽及橋墩工程亦已經展開。Bored piling works for vehicular bridges across Kai Tak River and Kai Cheung Road are in progress. Construction of underpasses continues. Construction of pile caps and abutments commenced.

馬頭角 ‒ 繼續進行明挖回填隧道鋼管樁安裝工程。Ma Tau Kok – Installation of pipe piles for cut-and-cover tunnel continues.

九龍灣 ‒ 第一期海底隧道的回復海床工程已經展開；繼續進行第二期海底隧道的臨時海上工作平台建造工程，圍堰建造工程亦已經展開。Kowloon Bay – Seabed reinstatement works for Underwater Tunnel Stage 1 commenced; Installation of temporary marine platform for Underwater Tunnel Stage 2 continues, construction of cofferdam also commenced.

啟德 ‒ 繼續進行明挖回填隧道、低於地面道路及地下行車道的結構建造工程。Kai Tak – Construction of cut-and-cover tunnel, depressed road and underpass are in progress.
