OEM Finished Products
Resin was melted at 500 degrees and injected into molds. The parts were trimmed, cut and painted to a
finished part.
The gears, cranks and cams are colored by white, black and silver dye that is added
to resin. These parts make up the inside of Panel Meters.
These parts are cut out using our CO2 Laser Engraving Machine. The machine can cut small
O-rings to thick center disc. The laser cuts precise and can cut rubber, foam and plastic
from 1/16" to 1/2" plastic.
The colors on the scales were pad printed using our Pad Printer. We customize scales using different color inks to meet our customer`s
demands.

• NYPS/TPS/Lean production system is all about doing more with less: less time, inventory, space, labor, and money. Lean manufacturing is a commitment to eliminating waste, simplifying procedures and speeding up production. In its most basic form it’s the systematic elimination of waste, overproduction, waiting, transportation, inventory, motion, over- processing, defective units, and the implementation of the concepts of continuous flow and customer pull. Integrated Solutions:This project consisted of redesigning a customer’s test box from a discrete wire design to a PCB based design. The original design had over 50 discrete wires, took over 4 hours to assemble, and was unreliable due to intermittent interconnects. The redesigned unit had 4 discrete wires, took less than 1 hour to manufacture, and had improved reliability. The turnkey design and manufacturing was completed in less than 4 weeks and was done completely in house at Yokogawa Corporation of America.
