Definition of Contract Management

Contract management is the process of authoring, negotiating, executing, andmonitoring global contracts to help improve compliance throughout the enterprise.

 A contract for procurement (purchasing contract) is a legally binding agreementbetween your company (the buyer) and a supplier to fulfill a set of terms

and conditions.
