10. Explain the essential requisites of a valid contract.

11. Define consideration and distinguish between consideration and privities of contract.

12. Explain the different modes of discharge of contract.

13. What is a quasi-contract? What types of quasi-contracts are recognized by the India contract Act? Part-c (Case Comment Type questions)

14. A promises to his son B to buy for him a new motor cycle if B secures first class in his degree Examinations. B works hard, spends sleepless nights and secures first class. B pleads lack of consideration for his promise Decide.

16. A sells to B a minor, certain goods worth Rs. 55,000 on credit. The goods purchased by b and their prices are as follows:(a) Clothes

A wants to recover Rs. 55,000 from Bs property B pleads that the agreement to absolutely void. Decide.

17. A agrees to supply a machine to B on a particular date, but fails to perform his promise. B claims the following damages from A :

(a) Difference between the market price and the agreement price.

(b) Loss of business profits.

Decide.
