Let’s Go Viral Participants Contract

The purpose of the following guidelines and rules is to set out a clear parameter which all participants need to observe at all times (no exclusions!). All members of Lets Go Viral will take all necessary steps to understand and carry out the aims, policy and programme.

1. Be punctual.2. Respect each other’s opinions and ideas 3. Don't be judgmental in any form 4. Participate in all workshops and activities 5. Be creative6. Express yourself – share your ideas and thoughts 7. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions8. Take action on your own responsibilities e.g. cleaning, tidying.9. Be responsible for your own personal belongings10. Respect silent hour11. No exclusions and be friendly12. Support one another13. Respect the smoking rules14. Be cooperative during group work15. Build networking16. Respect people’s privacy and give them personal space17. Respect each other’s cultures and religion18. Be open to learn and expand your knowledge 19. Confidentially (whatever is discussed and disclosed in the room, stays in the room)20. Respect center’s equipment and resources 21. No bullying!22. KEEP CALM AND HAVE FUN!!!
