Where do contracts come from?
Division of Procurement and Contracts (DPAC): service contracts, architectural and engineering contracts, minor public works contracts (under $250,000), and all emergency force account contracts for phase one emergencies that immediately restore services
Division of Engineering Services (Office Engineer): contracts greater than $250,000 and long term emergency contracts
