Politeknik Seberang Perai (PSP) is an institution under the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and it is the 10th polytechnic in Malaysia.

PSP was officially opened by the 4th Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad on 27th November 1999.

PSP offer full time and part-time courses in the field of engineering (Mechanical and Electrical). It also offers courses in Commerce at the Certificate and Diploma level.
