Rotary drums oven
Oven with two rotary drums:Workparts are entered
in bulk and are transportedin the heating zone
through two rotary drums, at different levels
(top level to the bottom level).

The parts are moving in bulk and in a continuous flow. The parts are loaded into the oven through an opening(funnel) and arrive on the first level of the conical rings of the drum.
The drum transports the parts in the hot zone throughdifferent levels (rings) performing a continuousrotative clockwise movement.
The parts are transfered different levels (conicalrings) of the two overlapping conveyor drums. One
conveyor drum performing a clockwise rotary movement while the second drum is
turning in the opposite direction.
As soon as the parts have reached the lowest level of the conveyor drum, the parts are released through through a funnel to exit the oven.
