The Queenax Fundamentals course is a two-hour practical workshop designed for those already familiar with Queenax, whether through a previous workshop, exposure online, or from utilizing equipment within their facility. The course educates participants on the science of suspension fitness, and then applies research findings through a practical workshop in which participants learn how to build movements and progressions for different populations. Beyond suspension fitness training, it integrates other resistance modalities such as bodyweight, tubing, and other popular functional fitness accessories. Each attendee will experience and contribute to designing circuits for different ability levels and training goals, and apply learnings with clients immediately following the workshop. All attendees will receive comprehensive manuals with templates and resources for ongoing reference and development. Course Objectives 1. Be prepared to safely and effectively set-up and coach utilization of training applications on the Queenax frame. 2. Design suspension fitness workouts based on latest research findings. 3. Understand how to modify and amplify movements based on training objectives and the Queenax Movement Classification System. 4. Create safe and effective circuits that will engage different populations and training goals. The Queenax Fundamentals course is a continuing education workshop approved by ACE, NASM, and AFAA.
