IntroductionTraverse is a range of modular Luxury Vinyl Tile and Luxury
Vinyl Woodplank, which is designed for use in demanding
commercial and residential interiors.
Traverse manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 quality
accreditation certified.
Running LineThere are four products offered in the Traverse Running Line,
which are held in inventory for quick ship.

Additional OptionsTraverse is extremely flexible when adapting plank and tile
sizes and overall product and wear layer thicknesses. Several
additional specifications are presented in this brochure and on
architectural sample folders.
Design CapabilityTraverse incorporates industry leading print film technology:

。Variety within a pattern / very difficult to notice pattern
repeat across the floor area.
。Thousands of design patterns are available. It is a simple
process to alter the color and / or shade of a pattern to suit
a design concept.
。Custom designs can be created and copyrighted if desired.
Surface EmbossingThere are multiple emboss types used, which are selected to
best represent the visual characteristics of the design and to
ensure the ease of maintenance of the floorcovering. The
embossing is visible in close-up shots embedded in the design
images within this brochure.
Zintion ReinforcementTraverse incorporates Zintion Reinforcement to the wear layer
of the product. Zintion was developed to provide superior
durability and ease of maintenance than a standard factory
applied coating. The absence of particulates within Zintion
results in greater design clarity and also means the flooring
retains less dirt following maintenance.
Environmental。Traverse production facilities are ISO 14001 certified. This
involves outside auditing to ensure environmentally
responsible manufacturing.
。Traverse products are FloorScore certified for low VOC
emissions.
。Traverse is fully recyclable.
。No fiberglass inner-layer.
。Traverse is manufactured using 100% virgin (first use) raw
materials.
。This results in much better dimensional stability
performance in terms of potential shrinkage and curling
issues than products with post consumer recycled
material.
。Products manufactured using post consumer recycled
materials can also contain relatively high levels of toxic
heavy metals.
。There is an average of 10% internally generated (post
industrial) recycled content in Traverse.
PhthalatesOrtho-phthalate plasticizers have been linked to health
concerns. Traverse is manufactured without the use of
ortho-phthalate plasticizers. With no post consumer recycled
material used in manufacture (which can contain chemicals of
unknown origin), Traverse is free of ortho-phthalates. Traverse
uses first use raw materials, which means that the precise
contents of the product are known.
