1. New inteface user

A new interface user is settled up for making the access to the different functionalities of the web

order easier. A new functionality has made his appearance “DESIGN VALIDATION”. This

functionality allows the management and verification of the modelling done by Simeda.

2. Add the phone number

The web order is now capable of sending text messages to their clients. For this, you only have to

put in your phone number.

Click on « ACCOUNT SETTINGS ».

In the menu « Ajouter un numéro de téléphone portable » :

Select your country.

Put in your phone number.

Click on « OK ».

Your phone number is saved and you can receive from now on some text messages.

3. Module « Validation of the modelling »

a) Notification of the reception réception of a new modelling

As soon as the Design Simeda Team sends a modelling for validation, you receive:

b) Management of the modelling

On the main page :

Click on « Design VALIDATION ».

You will get sent to the new module of the management of the modelling.

You have the possibility between :

Consulting the modellings who have not been validated yet [1].

Consulting the process of the validations [2]. For that you only have to click on the blue

button.

Click on the button « Select » to select the modelling that you want to validate.

c) Visualization of the modelling 3D PDF

Click on the button « 3D PDF File ».

A new window will appear with the 3D PDF. The download can last a few seconds, depending on

your internet.

d) Saving of the 3D PDF on your PC

Click on the button « Enregistrer PDF 3D ».

Le 3D PDF is saved in the file « Downloads » on your computer.

e) Validation / Asking some modifications

After analyzing the 3D PDF, you have 3 choices :

- Validate the modelling for production.

- Ask for some modifications.

- Ask for a dental technicien who call will you.

You have the possibility between:

- Leave a comment to the modelling team [1].

- Select one of the three actions as a recent proposition [2].

- Validate your choice [3].
