Pork and hazelnut studded terrine, Cumberland sauce

Warm chicken salad finished with a quail egg, lavender vinaigrette

Fish bouillabaisse, seafood broth enhanced with saffron, garnished with salmon

Main:

CHRISTMAS PLATTER combination of roast turkey and champagne ham, red wine poached pear, cranberries, sage apricot stuffing, roast gourmet potato

Sirloin steak, marquise potato, broccolini, red wine glaze
