• Format and group the picture and text box to form a single object. The single object should be centered at the top of the document.
• Insert a Plain Text content control to the right of the following paragraphs: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Order Number, and Comments.
• Insert a Drop-Down List content control to the right of the paragraph Best Time to Call, and then add the three items Morning, Afternoon, and Evening to the list.
