Outer construction:

Dimensions – ok.Foot construction for fork lifts – ok.Security bar – ok.

To be improved:Plastic screen on front panels should be attached better to avoid water infiltration.

This change was requested to rack supplier, but this container still won’t be water proofed.

Frames/Trays construction:

General idea – accepted.

To be improved:All frames with trays should have wider range of movements up. This will improve access to lowest layers.

Suzuki request – change of construction of lowest layer – to „drawer” solution.

Rack supplier confirmed that this solution is major change to construction and container after modification will need new homologation. This new solution was never tested in „drop test”.

Frames/Trays construction:

TRW Proposal:In last layer we remove last row with modules nests. This change will decrease container capacity from 384pcs to 368 pcs (-4%), then

packing and unpacking modules from this layer will be more comfortable. Nest should be removed from container to avoid wrong packing.

Discussed solution with tray not attached to frame is to danger for tray and modules.

Nest construction:

To be improved:In current solution is possible to damage part’s label.

To avoid this situation we propose to change position of label on module.

Now we are checking this change with quality and engineering department.
