Accurate identification and positioning in manual automatic
Working principle :
When passing through the magnetic field,
VEROLINE® supplies an analog signal 4…20mA
on a range of 210 mm allowing an accurate
positioning.
Simultaneously the identification received by the
integrated reader, is available on the
VEROLINE® serial output RS 485.
An opto-coupled contact ensures the
identification validation. The shape of the analog
signal allows an easy recognition of the traveling
direction.

Operation principle:
When passing through the magnetic field of the positioning and
identification head (HEAD PI), the VEROLINE®
sensor supplies :
- an analog signal 4…20mA allowing an accurate positioning- an identification number on the serial output RS485A- a potential free relay allowing the validation of the measures- a potential free relay to check the sensor internal temperature- a contact Opto-coupled to the identification frequence.References : VEROLINE PI ELV2200.02
