LOCATION

Karpas, North Cyprus

Karpas peninsula (or the panhandle) is the easternmost part of the island of Cyprus, where the land tapers into a thin strip which stretches out towards Turkey.

The area is rich in subterranean water reservoirs and thus crops such as tobacco are grown in abundance.

Karpas peninsula is also almost totally free from heavy concentration of industry and people, and is one of the least polluted regions in the European periphery.

INTRODUCTION

We were choiced the touris product as hotel for ‘’Disabled people’’. We got invested to the Karpas site in North Cyprus. This site very suitable for our project for disabled people. Disabled people in Cyprus cannot use natural resources, they cannot do holidyas.

This hotel which will be established will help to disabled people for do holiday, at the same time – foreign people. Name for our

hotel will be ‘’GOLDEN LAND’’. Every accommodation in this hotel for example (shower, room, bathroom, toilet, pool and etc) will be create for the disabled people. Capacity of hotel is 200 room (400

beds). We will offer this project to EU for support and will take credit from Development Bank.

DESCRIPTION OF OBJECT

Who will come to the hotel during the boardig at airport will supporting all travel facillity. When the arrival of tourist, they

transport will be supported by our hotel.

At the same time inbound tourits will be created special vehicles. In Cyprus has near 5500 disabled people. For sustainable this

holiday was made special tour packages. Best way of this hotel that disabled people can meet with each other and get married.

In our hotel has a big congress center and capacity is 1000 people.
