Unsocial Hours/Overtime

Monday to Friday Normal Finishing time to Midnight Time and a half

Monday to Friday Midnight to Normal Start Time Double Time

Saturday First 4 Hours from Normal Start Time Time and a half

All subsequent hours to Midnight Double Time

Sunday All Hours Worked Double Time

As you may be aware we are currently committed to pursuing a Registered Employment Agreement for CraneOperators so as to ensure an irrevocable position on theSIPTU/CIF collectively negotiated and agreed Greasing Allowance.

We want to categorically assure you that once this pilotREA is secured, SIPTU will endeavour to ensure that all applicable improvements obtained are secured for all thecategories of Construction Workers that we represent.
