AC Membership

Membership in the Academic Committee will consist of (at minimum),– academics engaged by CII to conduct research– academics engaged by CII to conduct education

All academics seeking membership on the AC will apply to CII and upon completion & approval of the application, receive an appointment for 3 years with commitment to subcommittee work.

Leadership of the Academic Committee shall consist of a chairperson, co-chairperson and committee junior chairperson.

The leadership shall be selected from the AC membership and shall serve two year terms.

Benchmarking & Metrics Committee Mission

• To define key EPC elements and performance metrics and process to collect and correlate them with related project practices

• Guide CII in providing member companies with performance measures and industry trends on key elements of the EPC process

• Assist member companies in assessing their performance against the collective data and helping them identify Best Practices and other opportunities to improve capital effectiveness

• Provide quantitative feedback to help CII guide its research, implementation, and other activities.
