• Constrained control can make converters: smaller, faster and more reliable.
• Limitations of previous solutions:–Disjoint synthesis of the control gain and the contractive set in set-theoretic methods–Exponential complexity increase of the explicit MPC–Small signal distortions with the implicit MPC
• Proposed solutions–Iterative expansion of the contractive set and control gain computation–HPP framework for hardware tailored control synthesis–Dual Mode MPC for high-precision applications
