Exel engineers produced a new electrical control cabinet for the Cyclomix™ Micro with a magnetic signal for data input. The Metering ratio is continuously monitored and adjusted as necessary. In case of a malfunction, an error code will be displayed on the screen and an audible alarm will sound

Mounting Option #1As a complete system with the standard mounting brackets outside the spray booth

The Cyclomix™ Micro has been designed so that it does not need a class 1 division 1 explosion proof classification

With the new magnetically signaled control panel, plus a new spray booth mounting kit, the system can be controlled from inside the booth while the equipment is mounted outside the booth in the safe area

This design also prevents paint from building up on the critical components, thus increasing system life and reliability
