Project Description

• Demolition of existing one-story 3,000 sf retail store.
• Construct a new three-story, mixed-use building with four residential units above 3,300 sf of retail space.
• Parking for the commercial portion of the project would be provided with vertical tandem lift parking for 4 of the required 10 spaces.
• A Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) is required to incorporate tandem parking into the retail portion of the project.
• Project subject to staff level Design Review.

• The MCUP shall contain a condition requiring a full-time parking attendant.
