Control Problem:We receive a call from a local state Department of Conservation in charge of creating

and enforcing regulations for outdoor activities within the state of Missouri such as

Department of Conservation Problem:

The department came to us looking for an inventory solution that was needed for a

tqfdjæd!qsphsbn/!Uijt!qsphsbn!voefs!uif!gpsftusz!efqbsunfou!kvsjtejdujpo!xpvme!ublf

in goods often by donation that would be stored and given away later in times of need or emergency. The items were surplus goods,

and literally could consist of just about everything. Examples included bandages, gas powered electric generators, blankets, and even

motor vehicles. They really had no way of tracking these goods coming in as well as keeping a current count of consumable items.

They also had a need to track when these items were given away, as to when they were given as well as to whom the item was given

to.

The Wasp Inventory Control Solution:

We recommended the Wasp Inventory Control solution. With Wasp, they were able to

not only track their consumable inventory, but they could also track the larger ticket

items like vehicles through the system as well, since they only needed to know whom

it was given to and not a life history of those items. Also, since they would always

receive a list of the items coming in before they arrived, they were able to take

advantage of the Wasp import/export functionality that allowed them to create large
