We encourage student growth and mindfulness through a variety of programs such as our Career Conversation series, through which we bring back vibrant alumni for intimate conversation with students, and Exploring Majors and Careers, a multi-part workshop for students to engage in their own self-discovery. Students leave Arts & Sciences with developed understandings of themselves, with 61% going directly into the workforce, 27% entering graduate programs, five percent seeking employment, and six percent preparing their graduate school applications or exploring the world.
