Feedback from our students “Thank you to you and the others at Braybrook for the newsletters and the communication in general. It’s been a big help in these times. I’d also like to repeat my thanks for Sue's great yoga classes Monday and Wednesday this past term. I know like many others these clas-ses have provided great support in what are pretty lonely times.” - Margaret

“I met Nadia when I decided to try a meditation and relaxation class at Braybrook Community Hub at the start of 2020 to date. I found it really useful for my wellbeing. This class has helped me regain my confidence and reduce my anxiety and I recommend it to anyone who has similar problems.” - ML

“The yoga with Sue has made my life better through this lockdown period.” - Julia
