The Connecticut Endorsement Process

- Each Major Party Holds a Convention - Spring (May)

- Convention is made up of 1,000-1,500 delegates

- Delegates are voted on by town committees

- Delegates cast vote for candidate

- 50 +1 percent rule

- 15% threshold in order to have ballot access to primary

- Signatures - dependent on district and 2% of percent registered R/D
