Located in the geographic centre of the Upper Silesia Region, open to investors coming from all over Europe and beyond, and connected with the capital of Poland via Intercity railroad links and with major cities across Europe via A-4 motorway, Ruda Slaska offers well-developed investment sites.

Total surface area of the plots of land is: The property is located in the city of Ruda Slaska in the south-west district called Bielszowice at Górna Street.
Location in regards to the function defined in the local land development plan is good. In the west part of Górna Street a single family housing estate is being constructed. Near by there are basic commercial facilities, educational ones and bus stops of public transport. Within the range of about 3 km there is a motorway A4 and cross-regional motorway.
The plots of land create one complex as far as function and possibilities for their development are concerned. The surface of the plots of land is wavy and covered with bushes and trees (self-sown plants). The shape of the whole complex is regular, resembling a shape of a rectangular. Access to the whole complex by Górna Street with a surface made of asphaltic concrete.
