Each year CARST holds an international conference for radon professionals. Radon stakeholders within government, public health, scientific research and industry, and leading experts from around the world converge at this learning and networking forum. The 2015 4th Annual Conference was held in Vancouver, BC with over 100 delegates from seven countries.

CARST was instrumental in initiating “Take Action on Radon Month” which is held annually in November. In 2014 we sponsored a PSA and radon mitigation video by Mike Holmes, a well know Canadian celebrity and home renovation professional. In 2015 a second PSA and mitigation video was produced featuring Mike Holmes Jr and was distributed nationally. The PSA is played throughout the year on TV, radio networks, and YouTube.
