Global PR network – the idea behind it

Idea launched at TNC 2012 in Reykjavik to create a (virtual) discussion forum for PR representatives of national and regional R&E networks and organisations across the globe

Connect – communicate – collaborate:

sharing resources and ideas for promoting and making the case for R&E networking among peers

Could be a catalyst/exchange point for regional PR networks??

Where are we now?

Current members eager to collaborate

Videoconf/webconf not considered efficient email discussions around suggested topics of common interest

Repository set up by TERENA (separate from TF-CPR confluence Wiki)

Membership to be extended outside attendees of Reykjavik reception to ensure adequate geographical representation

TF-CPR members welcome to opt in and join

Annual face-to-face meeting at TNC
