Situated in the heart of Frankfurt, the Messe Frankfurt Congress Center provides a diverse range of options for conventions, meetings and accompanying exhibitions. As a multitalented venue located directly within the exhibition grounds, the Congress Center combines a hotel, car park and flexible rooms for your events all under one roof. Von der Kunst zu tagenViel Licht und Glas machen das Congress Centerzu einem einladenden Ort. Sein einzigartiges Ambiente verdankt es nicht zuletzt der Arbeit des international renommierten Künstlers Günther Förg. Die 500 qm große Wandfläche, die er über zwei Ebenen gestaltete, besteht aus Farbflächen, die eine ganz eigene, angenehme Präsenz erzeugen.

A most cleverly designed buildingBehind the Congress Center’s glass facade stands a building that’s been carefully designed to accommodate your specific needs. The four levels, to which lifts and escalators give quick and easy access, provide space for 3,400 guests.The main Harmonie Hall, for example, can seat 2,200 people, while eight further conference and meeting rooms, four offices and a VIP lounge can satisfy a highly diverse range of require-ments. And whatever combination you choose, state-of-the-art technology, top-class customer care and access to everything close at hand will be part of the package.

The art of the meetingIt’s partly thanks to all the light and glass that the Congress Center is such an inviting venue. But the building also owes its unique ambience to the work of the internationally renowned artist Günther Förg. The 500-square-metre wall area that he created over two levels consists of coloured surfaces that produce a quite unusual, relaxing effect.

Ebene C2Auf der Hauptveranstaltungsebene befindet sich der große Saal Harmonie – er ist flexibel teilbar und ist mit der angrenzenden Messe-halle 5 verbunden. Das großzügige Foyer, zwei Bar-Counter und zwei weitere, teilbare Räume vervollständigen das Angebot.

Level C0In the bright and airy lobby area your guests will be welcomed in style. This is where the registration counter and the cloakrooms can be found.

Level C1Situated next to the office and meeting rooms, the exclusive VIP lounge is just the place for your guests to unwind.

Level C2On this, the main conference level, is the large Harmonie Hall, which can be partitioned in a vari-ety of ways and enjoys a direct connection to the neighbouring Exhibition Hall 5. This level’s remai-ning facilities include an expansive foyer area, two bar counters as well as two further rooms that can be partitioned.

Level C3The Illusion and Fantasie conference rooms can both provide you with plenty of space for your event. This level also includes a glass-fronted foyer area and two circular bar counters.

Für eine bequeme Ankunft ohne Parkplatzsuche stehen 466 öffentliche Parkplätze in den beiden Tiefgeschossen zur Verfügung. Über den Ebenen des Congress Centers befinden sich die 542 Zim-mer und Suiten des Maritim Hotel Frankfurt, das im gleichen Gebäude untergebracht ist.

Das Herzstück des Raumangebotes, der Saal Harmonie, verfügt über einen Zugang zur Messe- halle 5 und zu der rund 366.637 qm großen Ausstellungsfläche des Frankfurter Messegeländes. Über das Laufbandsystem Via Mobile gelangen Sie trockenen Fußes auf das gesamte Gelände der Messe Frankfurt. Das Congress Center ist direkt mit der Messehalle 5 verbunden.

To ensure that visitors can arrive without the stress of looking for somewhere to park, 466 public park-ing spaces are provided in the two underground levels of the building. Up above the meeting areas, meanwhile, are the 542 rooms and suites of the Maritim Hotel Frankfurt, which is accommodated in the same building as the Congress Center.

The centrepiece of the conference facilities is the Harmonie Hall, which gives direct access to Exhib- ition Hall 5 and the approximately 366.637 square metres of exhibition space available at the Messe Frankfurt site. What’s more, you can keep your shoes clean and dry as you travel around the entire exhibition grounds using the Via Mobile moving walkway system. And, of course, the Congress Center is directly connected to hall 5.

Your guests will com-fortably find their way around the lobby area, with its plentiful nat-ural lighting and large registration counter.

Im großzügigen, tageslichthellen Eingangsbe- reich fühlen sich Ihre Gäste sofort wohl. Der große Registrierungscounter mit 12 Arbeitsplät-zen ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle im Erdgeschoss. Integrierte Monitore können individuell bespielt werden und heißen die Besucher willkommen. Zusätzlich verfügt der Counter über Stauraum für Ihre ergänzenden Medien, wie zum Beispiel Kataloge oder Give-aways.

Your guests will feel welcome right away in the expansive and light-filled entrance area. The large registration counter, with its twelve work-stations, represents the central point of arrival on the ground floor. Integrated monitors can display individual messages to welcome your visitors. The counter also has storage space for any materials you need for your event, such as catalogues or promotional gifts.

Flexibility redefined On Level C2, guests arrive in a bright, glass- panelled lobby area with open views to the outside. From here, you have direct access to the centre of the Congress Center, the Harmonie Hall, which can be configured to fit your require-ments. It’s not just the fact that this hall can be subdivided that makes it so flexible. Thanks to its movable floor, the hall can be flexible stepped. In its level configuration the Harmonie Hall gives direct access to Hall 5. Two other conference rooms – Spektrum and Conclusio – as well as two bar counters are also available on Level C2.

Im lichtdurchfluteten Foyer der Ebene C3 kann man seine Pause und die Aussicht genießen. Zwei Bar-Counter gehören zur Einrichtung und bieten auf Wunsch eine kleine Stärkung zwischendurch.

The walls of freedomAs well a large foyer, the generously proportioned Level C3 of the Congress Center provides complete flexibility thanks to its meeting rooms that can easily be subdivided. The Illusion room can be subdivided at two different points and therefore provides yet another way in which the building can be configured to its users’ needs. Overall, the room can accommodate 473 guests.

Expecting moreThe second room on the level, the Fantasie room, can also be subdivided and seats a total of 283 people. In the foyer of Level C3, the light-filled space provides a fine location for taking a break – and enjoying the view. The space is equipped with two bar counters, where guests can take a much-needed drink before the proceedings recommence.
