Discover how to design the life you love with our keynote speaker, Ayse Birsel. Ayse’s presentation will be based on her popular workshop Design the Life You Love, which addresses the issues that many people face when juggling a career, family and other obligations. From everyday objects to fashion to packaging and graphics, “design” solves problems and strives to make the world a better place. Ayse will show us how to use design principles to shape better lives for ourselves!
Ayse Birsel is a founder of Birsel + Seck. Her design studio has created products for Herman Miller, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard, OfficeMax and Target. She uses a strategy of Deconstruction and Reconstruction™ throughout the design process.

guru and author of Google SketchUp™ for Dummies, was the keynote speaker at the 2011 CET Designer User Conference. As SketchUp’s designated world ambassador,
he enjoys sharing his passion for software and design. He is enthusiastic about the collaboration that Configura has created with the CET Designer SketchUp™ Extension. Based in Colorado, Aidan presents globally on architecture and design.

Amanda Gallery has been using CET Designer for more than four years. Originally from Michigan, she is now a designer at Tangram Interiors in Southern California. Amanda works entirely on bids and
mock-ups. She’ll share her expertise in this area by demonstrating the innovative ways that Tangram uses CET Designer to communicate design ideas and creative solutions that win business. Participating in Amanda’s presentation are Kathy Shiu and Ashley Redieck, also avid CET Designer users at Tangram.

Cate Sword, IIDA, has provided architects, interior designers and furniture dealership design centers with quality software training since 1989. A certified trainer for CET Designer, AutoCAD, 20-20 and Project

Jason LundHardware, network Optimization with CET Designer
Jason Lund is the director of information technology for Target Commercial Interiors (TCI) based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His team is respons ible for the operation of TCI’s enterprise technology
portfolio including a data center, nine office locations in the U.S. and India, and numerous home-office users. His team has supported the early adoption of many leading-edge technologies for their dealership including private cloud computing, HD video webcasting and Configura’s CET Designer. Jason continues to research and promote standardized, cost-effective end-user hardware options that benefit his designers and their clients.

With more than 20 years of experience, Lars Lanhed is the genius designer behind much of Configura’s branding and some of our renderings. Lars is a photographer, designer and an inspiring speaker based in
Gothenburg, Sweden. He will share his knowledge about image composition, rendering and lighting in CET Designer. Lars is also an Adobe Certified Expert.
