THE CONCEPT

Sony Pictures Studios (SPS) will provide an incentive to Disney Studios to take advantage of The Studio’s full range of services by offering a rebate on bundled services

SPS will competitively bid on each individual service requested for each production, as well as offer a rebate for the bundling of these services

Disney Studios rebates would be first applied against any and all overages on each picture or could be applied against cost incurred by Marvel Studios or rolled over to a new production at Marvel Studios discretion.
