Confidence Call 1 Welcome everyone. You are here for your first call On Your Path to Massive Confidence. I am Bill Baren and I am here to help you become more confident in your business and in your enrollment situations because when you are more confident in your business, and especially during consultations, two things happen. Number One, you have less stress and anxiety around getting clients, and that is just nice. And Number Two, you automatically become more enrolling so you get more clients. So not only does your ability to get clients increases but you feel more peace and calm about your consultations too. And that is exactly what the aim is of our two part Your Path to Confidence teleconference series because at the end of the day, I want you to get tons more clients and I want you to enjoy your business so much more. And on the surface, I am going to be helping you to be more confident in your enrollment situations and on a much deeper level. This class is meant to increase your confidence overall in your business and your life too. So what is self-confidence? Well self-confidence is the believe in your ability to succeed in the things that you set out to achieve. And if what you set out to achieve is a successful business with tons of clients, then you have gotten through amazing confidence in transformative conversations with your potential clients. And confidence at first glance may seem like an inner gain thing but it is more than just that. And I will give you an example. Let us say you are confident about your enrollment hours. But then what if you have two consultations in a row that did not result in a client? How confident would you feel then? Now what if there was five consultations and no clients? How about twenty consultations in a row and no new client? So what would happen to your inner confidence then? So, confidence is so much about the combination of inner gain, how you are being, what is your internal experience and the outer gain as well. And by outer gain, all I mean is the tangible evidence that you are seeing out in the world. What are the steps that you need to take in order to do something? So both need to be present for confidence to be there. The inner knowing that you can do it and the outer evidence from having had success in the past. So, here is the most important mindset that you are going to hear from me on today’s call. You do not need to be confident that you are going to get a client during a consultation. I am going to repeat this because this is important. You do not need to be confident that you are going to get a client during your consultation. You just need to be confident that you are going to do a good job with the enrollment consultation formula. There is a huge difference. Because you cannot control whether someone is going to say yes to hiring you or not but you can absolutely control how well you handle the consultation process and how you show up. So, I suggest that you set your intention at being as confident as you can be during your consultation and leave things you cannot control to someone else to worry about. And I have got to tell you that nothing, nothing else is going to help you in this process better than simply doing more consultations. I know that I personally got great at this process by doing hundreds and hundreds of consultations. I would not be surprised if the number of consultations I have done is now over a thousand because there is nothing that creates more confidence than being able to do something other than doing it over and over again until it becomes second nature.

I was watching, you know at this point you probably know that I like all kinds of singing competition shows. And the biggest different between, that I notice, is between the professional, I mean people who have been doing it for a long time, and newbies, talented but still newbies is that when a professional when all of a sudden they cannot see anything in the little monitor in their ear or the music stops or if they forget the lyrics or if they forget that one word, they are seamless, they continue going as if nothing went wrong. Why? Because they have practiced long enough for it to become a natural process. And that is where we will create a lot of confidence for you in consultations as well. It is like I do not care what a potential client throws my way at this point. I know exactly what the next note that I need to hit is at a consultation because of the practice because the most powerfully confident people are the ones that exude confidence without needing to think about being confident. They have this inner knowing what to do and when to do it. And how do people get to this confident state? By practicing. You know I feel like I am practically a practice Evangelist because I know how important it is and so I want to encourage you to make your whole business about booking and holding consultations because not only will your confidence increase, but you will also grow your business as a result. And I want to ask you a question. What would you rather have, five million dollars right now, going to write you a check, it is not going to bounce, or one miracle penny that will double in value every day for thirty-one days? Which one would you choose; the single multiplying penny or five million in cash right now? So most people would choose the five million up front. But the reality is that if you choose the penny, you would have ten million seven hundred and thirty thousand, four hundred and eighteen dollars and twenty-four cents on day thirty-one. That is more than double the five million. But yet most people opt for the penny. Actually, I meant to say most people would opt for the upfront cash. So why would it be difficult for most people to opt in for the penny? Because with the miracle penny, it takes longer to see the money. And perhaps we would be wondering every day, “But will it double today? Would today be the day where everything comes crashing down?” We want a guarantee and by taking the money up front, we have got it. And Albert Einstein once said, “The strongest force in the universe is the principle of compounding.” Because that is what the penny does. It compounds, it builds on itself, it doubles, it grows and it grows more each day because it compounds. So I want to urge you to learn to be a patient compounder and have the most important skills in your life grow slowly and patiently. Let me give you another example. The bamboo tree takes a long time to begin growing from the ground but it has amazing deep and strong roots that can persevere even during the strongest winds. But now the eucalyptus tree can grow quickly to over a hundred feet but it has such shallow roots that will not hold the tree from toppling over in a storm. So, I want to urge you to strive to be a bamboo tree with your confidence in your enrollment skills. We want to have supreme confidence today, right now, this very second but I hate to break it to you. There is no such thing as instant confidence. Confidence is all about the compounding effect. It is all about the bamboo tree and not the eucalyptus. It is all about the miracle penny and not the lump sum.

So in the next two trainings I am going to give you practices, assignments, and some of my favorite mindsets that will all compound to help you grow your confidence slowly and steadily because that is what works, it is the only thing that works. So the first tool I want to share with you is an exercise that I did early on in my business that helped me increase my confidence and it is called, “Why I Will Succeed.” That is Handout CON-1, CON-1. So, I did this exercise for the first time in 2004. At the time, I thought I had a chance to be successful but I was not sure. I remember doubt creeping in a lot and I would sometimes lose faith in what I was doing. I did not feel all that great; no confidence on my abilities. I almost felt lost and sometimes even hopeless but this cannot happen for me. So doing this exercise on this handout really got me in touch with why I would succeed as a coach. I could feel that I can succeed with success ingredients I already possessed. I have enough skills and talents now to build upon and I did not need to pretend to be anything other than who I am today. And it made a huge difference for me as soon as I finished this exercise. In fact, whenever I felt doubt, a lack of confidence or I had lost my mojo, I would break out the answers to this exercise and just read it and get back in touch with what I wrote. And ta da, I felt the confidence surge back into my being and I love the fact that this exercise helped me get back in touch with the uniqueness in me and it allowed me to succeed in my business. And there are hundreds of reasons why you will succeed in your business and they will be different for you than anyone else on this planet. And when you get in touch with yours, your confidence will soar. So, I would love to work with a couple of you to help you get started with this exercise so if you could raise your hands by pressing *2 and, you know you do not even need to know what we are going to do but if you feel like this is something that you would like to volunteer with, awesome. All right, we have got somebody from Denver. Bill: Hi. Denver: Hi Bill. Bill: How are you? Denver: I am doing great. How are you? Bill: Good. Denver: Beautiful. Bill: Awesome. So what is it that you do? Denver: I am an Executive Women Business Coach. Is that what you are asking for? Bill: Yes exactly.

Denver: Okay. Bill: So why will you succeed as an Executive Women Business Coach? Denver: Why am I going to succeed? Hmmm. Because of my past experience, my experience is being in the executive world and also in my gift of being able to go straight into the heart and see how, see the essence and how you can make your life a better way. And because I am also in the middle of writing a book about that topic so I am interviewing a lot of very powerful, successful women so I am gaining a lot of knowledge. Bill: Awesome. Denver: And because I say so. Bill: That is good. There is more, what else, why else would you succeed? Denver: What else did I succeed? Because I love with I do, I really love with I do. I love asking questions, I love understanding what motivates you, what drives you and how we can make you better and when I say better, I don’t mean that you are not good, but how we can use your, your strength to, to drive you even with more love and more depth and joy in your life. I just, I am in love with what I do. For the first time I have found what I have been made for, let us put it this way, yeah. Bill: Awesome. So why else will you succeed? Denver: It is also a way to-- it is, it is-- I am leading, I have a vision, I have a vision about women, I have a vision about the next generation and that drives me. I want to see that happening. I have seen a lot of transformation happening to me and I want to see that in a lot of other women so they can then be the example for the next generation and re-create a new generation based on love. That is my big, big reason. Bill: Wow, sounds amazing. Denver: Yes. Bill: So why else will you succeed? Denver: Why else would I succeed? Because it is finally sent to my heart this is no other way, it is finally sent to my mind I will definitively just (_________) fear so I decide that I will listen to my heart. Bill: Beautiful. What else? Denver: You got me there. I do not know. Bill: The deeper answers come underneath that. Why else will you succeed?

Denver: Why else would I succeed? Bill: Do not force it. Just sit quietly for a second and why else are you going to succeed Cinderine(sp?)? Denver: Because I have to. It is-- I just do not see it otherwise. It is just, I have this goal. I believe that I was going to succeed and I cannot not succeed. Bill: Beautiful. Thank you so much for volunteering for us. And, you know one of the things that I wanted to show you and you did so beautifully. You know every time I asked you a question and I just sat there and made sure that I can guide you to some deeper answers and I did not ask you all kinds of interesting questions. All I did was ask the same question over and over again and there were more answers. And, you know, we could do this for another hour… Denver: Yeah. Bill: …and you would get more answers. Denver: Yeah. Bill: So what I suggest that you do as well as everyone else on the call is take fifteen, twenty minutes to continue to ask yourself that question. Get all of the answers down on the paper and I mean I had it on my wall for years. And any time that I felt down-- I could remember what it felt like to be in touch with why I will succeed. Like for you, for example Cinderine, you were saying there is no choice, there is no other choice. I have to succeed. And there were so many other things that you said that felt so beautiful and powerful. And some of them were tangible and some things were deeply emotional and some things were just inspirational. And all of that energy you can bottle in this one piece of paper and you can put it on the wall and you can channel that energy anytime you need it and it will be a confidence boost for you every single time. Denver: Thank you. Bill: Yes, can you feel that? Denver: Yes absolutely. There is something there that shifted actually. I was not so much in my best, I was not being in my essence today and that totally shifted with that exercise. Thank you. Bill: Awesome. Thank you Cinderine. Denver: Yeah, yeah. Bill: All right, so let us talk a bit about why your confidence drops after you do not get the results that you want. So how you use failure will help you control how much your confidence drops after something does not go right? So one of the things that successful people have in

common is their ability to quickly shrug off failure or not allow failure to bring them down because it is not the end of the world if you fail. It is not the end of the world if your potential client does not hire you. In fact, you know there are more potential clients out there than you can possibly handle even if you worked twenty-four hours a day. And as long as you are able to shrug off not getting a client and get back in the game after having learned something from the process, you are good. The ultimate confidence is not just about having the inner knowing that you will succeed. It is not just about that. It is even more about you being absolutely okay when you fail. It is knowing that failure is an integral part of success. And I am not going to sit here and say oh my gosh, failure is about this big learning lesson. Why not just failure. We do not need to change the word; we need to be okay with it. “I failed, oops.” So what? Can you imagine how much more confident you will be in every situation if failure was not a taboo? And it makes me think like how much more alive can we be every day if we were not afraid to die? How much more alive would you be in everything that you do if you were not afraid to fail? Embrace failure. It will create so much more success for you. And remember that the past is not always a great predictor of the future. So what happened here last consultation one or three months ago is in a past where it should stay. You get to decide how much you want your past to affect your future. So even if your confidence has been low for the last twenty-five years, it does not have to continue to be that way. You have a choice; you can choose new thoughts, you can choose to create new experiences and you can choose to create very different results. So when a potential client does not hire you, celebrate as much as when you get a client that says yes to you. Stay open with your connection to the people that say no to you. You do not need to protect your heart from people that say no to you. So think of it this way if you do not have any expectations of a potential client saying yes to hiring, you and you are not attached to that outcome, then, what can you possibly be to support it by? And if there is nothing to fear, if there is no disappointment, if failure is okay, if you stay open to people saying yes to you and you stay open to people saying no to you, what is the worst thing that can happen for you in a consultation? Seriously, what is the worst thing that can happen to you in a consultation? So, I actually like to go there with you for a couple of minutes. So, I would love to get a volunteer, a someone, someone who made fear the consultation, or maybe you are having, you know you are going through a streak of low confidence. So, I would love for you to raise your hand by pressing *two. Bill: Hi Lisa. Lisa: Hi there. Bill: Hello. Lisa: Hello. I was the first one, huh? Bill: You were the first one and, you know what, there are six other people that raised their hand seconds right after you but you were the first one.

Lisa: Oh, well there you have it, okay. Bill: You were hoping you were third, right? Turns out you are first. Lisa: Well there we go; okay let us go for it. Bill: Yes, so what is the worst-case scenario in a consultation and just describe the disaster of all disasters? Lisa: That for me it would be that I kind of-- I freeze. I have no idea how to (_________) a person that they are not getting (_________) you, that when they say, they give all these objections like, “I don’t have money and…” I just come off as a complete idiot. So I just-- that they would give me, “What in the hell is she talking about?” I guess the worse thing she would say, like challenging me, like, “Really? You are an expert on this? What the hell?” And actually start ridiculing me. That would be horrible. Bill: Almost like taunting you? Lisa: Yeah, that would-- yeah. Bill: Yeah. And then what would they say to you? Lisa: Yeah well, and taunting is perfect because that would be much like yeah, my upbringing with four brothers so yeah, taunting would be the worst. Bill: Yeah. So can you close your eyes and just-- are you driving right now? Lisa: I am actually walking. I am… Bill: You are walking. Lisa: This is my only walk time so yes. Bill: Is there any… Lisa: I can walk and close my eyes for a second. Bill: Actually, can you pullover? Lisa: No, I am walking. Yeah I can. Bill: I understand. This is my sense of humor. Lisa: Okay, I will pullover, yes all right. Okay.

Bill: So close your eyes for a second. Lisa: Okay. Bill: And just bring yourself to the situation where the consultation has gone terribly. You know it is obvious to the person you are talking to you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Oh, you are being so challenged like the person is even telling you they just totally wasted all of their time with you. So how does that feel? In your body, how does that feel, where does it feel? Lisa: Oh, I mean my chest is constricting… Bill: Yes. Lisa: …and shallow breathing. Like I am not able to even take a deep breath. The wind has been, basically been knocked out of me. Bill: Yeah, so just bring all of your attention to your chest and just breathe right into it. Notice that this energy in your body that it actually, this tightness has a shape to it and it is a lot denser than the rest of your body. Can you feel that? Lisa: Mmmm hmmm, absolutely. Bill: Yes and just direct your breath right inside this tightness and breathe all of the love of the universe right in there. Yes and notice that this is the energy not from the consultation but from being taunted by your four brothers in childhood. So what does it feel like in your chest now? Lisa: Well I would love to say it is completely gone away but it has loosened up… Bill: Yes, I know. Lisa: …and I (_________). Bill: (_________) to go away. Lisa: Yes. Bill: You know, we are not asking it to go away. Lisa: Yes, but it definitely loosened up so and it is not as constricting. Yes, I think it actually-- I can take a belly breath if that makes sense. Bill: Yes, yes. Lisa: So yes, it feels very, very different. It feels looser, it feels-- I feel more calm, calmer, what have you, by doing that, yeah.

Bill: Yes and so the thing that I want to leave you with is, that this is simply an exercise that you can do on a consistent basis. Like if-- when I was deathly afraid of doing teleseminars, like the idea of speaking into the (_________) was so terrifying to me that I could not sleep at night. This is a teleseminar is like with five people on it. Lisa: Okay. Bill: And I did the exercise of just imagining the worst-case scenario and just feeling into my body of where the constriction was around that fear. I did that for months and now I cannot even imagine what that constriction felt like because it just went away. So… Lisa: You need to practice over and over again. Bill: Yes, like I would come up with, you know I had a great imagination. I would come up with a thousand and five things that could go wrong and it would be debilitating. But after a while, first of all, I felt like all the scenarios I have already handled. So from a tangible perspective it made sense for me. And then, you know from a body perspective, it is kind of like, it is called, one of the things that this is called is fear inoculation. It is almost by experiencing it in little bits and pieces you are getting inoculated so that when you are in the real situation, there you are like oh. Even if you experience some fear, like oh, my God, I have done this, I have experienced this fear fully hundreds of time. It is fine, yes. Lisa: Yes, thank you. Bill: So I just wanted to address that, you know. Lisa: Well I have to keep practicing. Bill: Yes, yes. Because I was listening to this podcast about this-- a pilot in the early twentieth century. And so lots and lots of planes used to crash every, you know it felt like every week during that time because no one knew that if a plane was in a tailspin that you need to steer into the tailspin because the thing that we want to do is we want to steer out of it. Kind of like if you are on a, hydroplaning on ice, like you have to steer into it like where you are going as opposed to the opposite way. Lisa: Mmmm hmmm. Bill: It is the same thing here, like our natural instinct is to shy away from things that we fear but if we create (_________) that allow us to dive into it, it changes the whole game, like our entire life changes because we are learning oh, okay. We need to steer into the fall rather than, you know steer out of it, you know. Lisa: Mmmm hmmm. Bill: Yes.

Lisa: Yes, I realize that now. Bill: So is it possible for you to take on this practice of doing this on a consistent basis? Lisa: Yes, yes it should not be a problem. Yes, I can even just, yes, even like just five minutes a day just kind of like sit down and breathe into it so yes, I can definitely be willing to do that. Bill: Awesome and will you report what happens to you? Lisa: Yes, absolutely. Bill: To us, all right. Lisa: Yes. Bill: Awesome, thank you. Lisa: That was great; mmmm hmmm. All right, so yes, one of the things that I just wanted to say is that I am just giving you different tips and little visualizations to make things easier for you over time. This is not about like giving you tons of information. This is really much more about practices that you can take on that in a compounding way begin to increase your confidence. Because one of the things that I know is that because confidence is something that builds gradually, it often sneaks up on us. We are not aware that we are getting more confident and we are getting more confident until there is some sort of a tipping point like wait a minute, I do not remember the last time I felt unsure of myself in a particular situation. I do not mean like everywhere in your life, I am talking about in the context of your business, in the context of your consultations because there is very little, there is very few people that are really confident. I am not talking about like false confidence where we are being cocky or just totally unrealistic. I am just talking about hey, this deep inner knowing that oh, yes, this I can do. There is no one on the world that feels like that about everything. You know so the idea is that if you say okay, I want to get great in my enrollment conversations that you set out to do that and then you actually wind up doing that. That creates an overall confidence in you that I can handle anything. And I know that happened for me in my life that okay, if I really want to create or achieve something, there is so much evidence in the past that I have done it that now my default thinking is yes, I can do that. Do I know how to do that? No. Do I have this inner knowing that I can do that at some point in the future? Yes. And I really would love the same thing for you especially when it comes to these enrollment conservations because it is like, that is the, that is the path to financial freedom. So now, I would like to guide you through visualization that will help you to get to your next level of confidence with your consultations. So, before we start I want to make sure that you have pen and paper ready and actually I would love for this to be an old school pen and paper and that will work much better than a computer in this particular case. So go ahead and have that

in front of you and then you will be using it to document your insights and shifts that occur during the process I am going to take you through. So first, we are going to pick an aspect of your consultation to transform. This can be something that would help you become more masterful in your enrollment consultation. Perhaps it could be some aspect of your enrollment skill set that you do not have now or it can be an enrollment problem or a challenge that you would simply like to go at. It can even be a quality in you that you like to exude more of in a consultation. And I will give you an example when we were talking to Lisa earlier she had mentioned freezing up in a consultation. “Oh my God, I am not going to know what to do, what to say.” It could be something like that, just one aspect. So think of an aspect of an enrollment consultation you would like to transform or cultivate. And think just one thing for today’s call and you can do the process we are about to do again in the future with another topic. So if you are not already seated, please sit down. If you are driving, you just go along with what we are going to do without closing your eyes or if you are walking around like Lisa, maybe you can get somewhere where you can either (_________) standing or maybe sit on the grass. So please find your most comfortable seated position, find straight, let your muscles relax and just sit with no efforting whatsoever. So while keeping your spine, allow your body to relax even deeper in your chair. And now that you are relaxing, gently close your eyes and begin by putting your awareness on your breath. Breathe in; breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out. And breathe in effortlessly and release your breath with ease. And with each out breath, you are releasing any stress or tension from your day. And with each in breath, you are becoming more grounded and centered. You are leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the outside world. You are embarking on a journey to a place of absolute peaceful stillness. Notice you are sinking deeper into your chair as you get even more comfortable and relaxed. And become aware how your car is supporting your relaxation. And notice how the different areas of your body are being supported by your chair, your legs, your back. Allow your body to feel heavier and fully supported by the chair you are sitting in. And now, imagine that your spine is a shiny rod of silver light from the top of your neck all the way down to the base of your spine. And at the base of your spine, there is a grounding cord that is extending from your tailbone. It extends through your chair, goes all the way down to the ground. It goes right through the ground and cuts deep, deep inside Mother Earth and it wraps itself around the core there. And now imagine that the shining rod of silver light that is your spine is starting to generate even more light. The silver light is now extending to your whole body. Now you are radiating light beyond your physical body and into the room and the light, oh, is getting brighter and brighter. It is now illuminating the whole room you are in. And now, with your eyes closed, you can relax, recall the topic you selected related to deepening your success as a master of enrollment. Open to the possibility that there is absolutely different ways for you to be and different ways for you to experience this topic. Prior to today. You had been more strongly connected to the experience of the way it is now and less connected to the experience of the way you can imagine it that it could be. And our intention is to help you close the gap between how you are experiencing things now and how you would like to experience them. We are going to create a breakthrough right now. You are going to connect with someone that is already having the experience you want to have. You are going to connect to your future

masterful self. Think of it as an energetic time machine that is bringing your future self into the present moment. If you think about it, your future self already knew you were going to be on this call. In fact, your future-self guided you to be on this call so you can be here and connect together. Because your future-self already knows you are ready now to experience the guidance and exponential that will draw you forward. So continue to relax deeper into your chair and feel your hear open. Your heart is opening as a doorway right in front of you. And your future self is present in the room with you right now. And continue to keep your eyes closed because this an energetic presence that you might not be able to see but you are able to feel your future self. Feel in your heart right now a generous opening being created and a powerful possibility emerging. The wisdom, that wisdom you have been desiring wants to enter your mind and infuse your body so that you can have the experience you have been wanting so much. And you are totally relaxed and to allowing new possibility to open up to you because this has already been planned for you. You may already be feeling this present. Maybe you are experiencing this is a bodily sensation. You may experience a present of your future self as a feeling inside as a feeling inside or as a warmth or as a color. Or you may experience it through your intuition as a deep knowing. You may experience it as a feeling as you are very, very close to who makes you feel good. Notice that there is a place in your body where you can feel the power of your future self. You can allow the power of your future self to flow into you and allow that powerful feeling to expand, filling your whole body, seeping into the core of your bones. Just allow for the possibility that your future self is present with you in the room right now, without judging or evaluating your experience in any way. I invite you now to take a deep breath and recall the topic that you have already chosen on this call. And inside of that topic is a question that you have been holding inside. Now I want you to sit with the topic you brought to the call for a moment. And take another deep breath in and then that moment you are going to open yourself up to receiving an intuitive hit or a flash of realization. Your body, your heart and your mind will be infused with a sense of realignment. Your energetic being is being retuned. Your energetic pathways are being rewired. Your energetic vibration is coming into alignment with the aspect of your future self that is already manifested your highest desire on your topic. You do not need to a thing other than being in a state of effortless allowing. You may not feel like anything is going on or you may feel something inside your body pulsating, radiating. Either way, it is not important. A shift is indeed happening inside of you. You are shifting into a different energetic state with a different vibration. Your heart energy is shifting, your mind energy is shifting; energy is coursing through your body is shifting. No efforting is needed now or any time; just being in a state of allowing; being in a state of noticing; being in the state of receiving; being in a state of curiosity and possibility. Your body is in a state of ease. You are tuning into the vibrational energy of your future self. There are tiny ripples barely perceptible that are rippling through your consciousness right now and you start to notice that you are having new thoughts, new insights and more expansive perspective. And, you start to have a feeling of letting go the experience that you thought you were stuck in. Allow yourself to receive of the wisdom that is available to you. Let the ripples of your higher self gently flow through your consciousness. Your future self is here for a reason and this to guide you, to lead you, to inspire you, to point the way and to stand by your side every step of the way. This aspect of you is committed to you and being fully who you are. And the commitment is to connect with you. This future self of yours knows you deeply and knows your desire, aspirations and dreams and it knows what barriers have been getting in your

way. Your future self sees right within you. Your future self knows that your being already has everything needed to transform the obstacles in front of you. Your future self already knows that you have the capacity to move through these obstacles and to move into an energy vibration that will allow your current experience to shift into something that is more in resonance with who you really are. Your future self has total confidence, that what you want to achieve is available for you right now. There is a deep knowing in a certainty of this truth. Feel this in your heart as well as in your mind. Feel the power of you asking and the knowing that your request will be granted. There is nothing in the universe trying to stop you from having what you want. So allow yourself to have a feeling inside of a sense that peace that comes with complete certainty that what you want is coming to be. What would you experience in your body if you knew that you would have the thing that you want so much? How would you show up to the people around you? How would you show up in a consultation as someone who is absolutely certain that you can have what you want rather than someone who is desiring and struggling to have what you want. Allow yourself to shift in alignment with your future self who has already manifested what you want. What fears and self-doubt would melt away as you merge into the experience of alignment with your future self. What limiting beliefs would just fade away when you accept that you are intended to have exactly what you have been asking for? You do not have to do anything to let these beliefs go. They just will not be needed anymore. You may not notice that there are parts of you that are very clear about what it is like to have what you want. Now call forth this confident and clear energy to expand within you to become more spacious inside of you to fill every core of your being and to radiate out of you into the world, out of every pore of your being this feeling is becoming a familiar experience that you can tap into at will. From the place where you are right now, what are you conscious of in this moment? What do you know now that you did not before? What are your new insights or perspectives? Do you feel anything different or feel more optimistic? So, take a couple of moments to write down something that you want to bring back with you from this experience. Write it down why being in this deep meditative state, still being guided by your future self. You can have access to everything you have just experienced any time you want. Everything you have already experienced is already inside of you. You have tapped into a more involved aspect of yourself. What is an inspiration that you have received from this new level of consciousness? All right, it is time for us to come back from this experience, and I am going to count from one to five to bring us back. One, take a deep breath in and allow oxygen to freely flow to every part of your body. Two, come back into your body feeling absolutely, deliciously wonderful. Number three, putting your attention back on a chair you are sitting on. Four, slowly wiggle your fingers and toes. Five, come all the way back feeling totally re-energized. And, if you still have something you want to write down for yourself, go ahead and do so right now. And this energy and the experience you have just had is a part of you, it is within you. It is integrated within you; it is part of your whole being, and you can have it any time you want. So, what I would like to do is open up the line and see if you have something to share from this experience, maybe something that you have written down, maybe something that you felt, maybe

something that you have gotten from this experience, and you can press star two. And I know you may be in this still, fragile state. It may take you a moment or two to compose yourself. BILL: All right, we have someone from a 508 area code. Kim: Hi, it is me… BILL: Hi Kim. Kim: Kim; how are you Bill? BILL: Good, thank you . Kim: Um, all I know this has totally hypnotized me. I feel really weird. BILL: What are you feeling? Kim: Um, just all of the things that I was thinking about was just-- I tried to let all go and just be. And then, everything is just going to fall into place like stop worrying, stop thinking and just know that I have, I already have and know what I have to do and it just has to happen and that it really is easy. And I just felt like, like all of this energy, all of this positive energy like flowing all through me and I just feel like I need to just concentrate on that and just feel that. BILL: Thank you; I really appreciate you sharing that. Now I want to give you a little bit of a reflection. I have never heard your voice be as powerful as in this moment. Kim: Yeah. BILL: Yeah and this energy that you are experiencing right now is yours and you have now claimed it. Thank you so much for your reflection. Kim: Thanks. BILL: Hi, Karen? Karen: Yes. BILL: Hi. Karen: Bill, hi. It is so good to actually speak with you and I want to thank you so much for that. I am so moved and I have led people in meditation so I really appreciate what you have done; thank you. BILL: Yes, thank you. Karen: I want to share with you I think, I know I am not the only one that this comes up for. And, it gave me a powerful push. At one point, you said something about um, if a question

comes up or there is a question in your mind and would immediately pop up for me why am I not good enough for people to hire me after a consultation. And the answer that instantaneously followed that was you are, you are good enough. It has nothing to do with you; it is them. And then what followed that was they are not ready to commit at a certain level although you want what you want and so you are attracting people that are exactly the same, wanting and desiring but unwilling to step up; desiring but not confident in moving forward, keep moving, keep executing. Your movement alone will attract those who are also ready to move. Bill: Wow, your movement alone; can you say that again; that was so powerful. Karen: Yes, I wrote it all down because in exercises like this, it comes out of me in the form of writing. So, I have learned to capture. Bill: I got chills when you said it; oh my God, please say it again. Karen: So did I; thank you. This is exactly what I wrote so it is a little bit more before your movement. Let go of fear and failure just keep executing; keep failing if you have to. Your movement alone will attract those ready to move. So forget the outcome and keep moving into your ideas. Bill: My God, this is like, this is-- I feel like we need to put her on the flag and put it into the ground and look at that flag every single day; it’s so beautiful. Karen: Well, I am going to have to look at that every single day because I am at this juncture, where there is a lot of fear and insecurity coming up. And I did not expect to hear that at all. I knew something was flowing but I did not expect to hear that phrase. That was the most powerful for me also. Your movement alone will attract those ready to move. It was like guidance; forget everything else. Forget the outcome, forget what you want; just forget all of that and keep going. That was the most important part above all. Bill: It is from the UK. Dianne: Yes, it is. Bill: Yes, so tell me what you got out of that experience; what did your future-self tell you? Dianne: My future-self told me to open my heart to the process and my question going in was I was sort of feeling the need for some kind of Segway in doing my consultations between sort of establishing the gap and closing the gap. And, I was not really sure exactly how to do that. And I think the message of opening my heart to the process. The next idea that cam was to find the spaciousness that includes the client within in. It was almost like wrapping-- wrap the spaciousness around both of you. And just go with that really. Trust my intuition in that moment. Bill: Wow and what is that-- what would it feel like for you if you are the person you are speaking to that would be wrapped on with you in that spaciousness? Dianne: That would take care of itself almost. There would be a natural rapport; there would be a connection. And that connection would guide me how to proceed really I guess. Bill: Yeah, yeah and so what is going to be different for you now? Dianne: Ooh, I am going to open my heart to this process; that is what is going to be different. I am going to just-- I am going to take that on very seriously in knowing how I am going to do my consultations. Bill: Yeah. Dianne: Which is really sort of taking me back to myself. I have had some consultations but I think this is really telling me to go back to myself to my natural way of doing a consultation and trust that openhearted spaciousness will find you know will find the right connection to the right client. Bill: Awesome, thank you Dianne. Dianne: Thank you, Bill. Bill: Have a good night. Dianne: I will do. Bill: Okay, all right I think we got Kathy from Twin Cities. Kathy: Can you hear me? Bill: I can. Kathy: I do self-hypnosis; this was so powerful. I just loved the shiny rod of silver light going up my spine. It was just-- I could just feel the light going into my heart; it was warm, it was like a perfect May Day; it was just beautiful. When I was thinking about-- it fascinated me when I wrote down what I wanted to work on, the one aspect, because I talked to senior decision makers, CEO’s, company presidents and I talked too fast and I laughed too much. And I realized that it is not the talking too fast is a sign of lack of self-confidence and when I got that shiny light the first thing that came through was it was simply I did not believe enough in my own message. And as soon as I mentally hugged my message, what it is that I am doing to help them and everything slowed down. It was just mindboggling. I am going to have to do this every single day now. Bill: So beautiful. Kathy: Yes. Oh, so I am supposed to get everything out; my movement alone attracts those who are ready to move and grab the person who I am talking to in spaciousness. It is all coming in together with words I had not considered. So, thank you Bill and the others who have talked. Bill: Awesome; yes absolutely. Who has not talked yet too; thank you. Miriam: What I have written down is that you know when I come to that part of you know, kind of saying what other results I have achieved with other people and kind of selling myself, I would always get very, very nervous. And because I was expecting myself to like almost be giving this person a guarantee that they were going to get these results. And, what came to me was-- oh God, it was so powerful my heart is still beating; let go of the pictures of perfection. You do this naturally already, you always have, you do not need to try; just be, be who you already be. The results that you have achieved all of your life with anyone not just with clients, everyone you have touched day by day is impacted by who you be. I do not know why the language is like that. Like who you be. So, let it go, and just be who you are. Bill: Wow, I mean tears are just like rolling down my cheeks; it is so beautiful. Miriam: It really is and my heart is racing right now; it is amazing. So, I am like trying so hard to be something that I am not, like this perfect businessperson. This is what I am interpreting when all I need to really be is me. Bill: Yes.

Miriam: It is very liberating. Bill: It is; can you put your arms out to the side, all the way out kind of like you know in Titanic like you know I am king of the world kind of and just breathe in. I just want you to contain-- not need to contain anything just like-- there you go; now you have expanded to take up all of the space that you need to take up. Miriam: Oh my God, I am like floating right now. Bill: Yeah. Miriam: Thank you so much. Bill: All right you are welcome; bye Miriam. Miriam: Bye. For other people, it is a holistically based kind of philosophy that considers your spirituality, your relationship, your career; all as the primary, your primary nutrition. Anyway, we got into an incredible space of spirit in this consultation that I did yesterday and it just blew both of us away;

it was so amazing. And not only working with clients and if all of my clients could be like this. And what if I could live in this. And this morning in my Yoga class I accessed it again and today it is like wow, this can really happen; this can really be. And stay in the movement; just keep moving, and I do not have to push or force or-- so what this call had meant for me is that I do not have to beat on myself to get out there, and do; stay in the movement and you will what does it, you will attract, your movement alone will attract those who are ready to move. So thank you, thank you everyone. Bill: Yes. Thank you Claudia. That was so interesting when you were talking about you do not need to be beating on ourselves to move forward. I was just-- last week I saw this little video of this horse race and so there is jockey is like hitting this horse so that the horse moves faster and all of a sudden, the horse just buckles and the throws the jockey off of it to the side. I just felt like, oh my God, it is like this is what people, this is what we do to ourselves. We are like trying to get ourselves to move faster or do all kinds of things by beating ourselves , and no wonder it is not working as well. And you are speaking to that right now as well, so thank you. Claudia: Yeah, thank you. Bill: All right someone from the 347 area code. Kathy: Hi Bill, it is Kathy. Bill: Hi Kathy. Kathy: I just want to thank everyone who has been sharing too, there is such a lot of alignment and it is wonderful. What came to me I was working on this transition into the offer and just some words after I was done with the visualization: Ease, joy, trust, deep, open, easy (_________) fluttering, excitement in my chest and then it was to be exactly who I need to be to receive my perfect clients rather than think of exactly the right thing to say and tie everything in so that it works for exactly what they need. It was a receiving space. So, to receive my perfect clients into the perfect space for them. Bill: Wow. Kathy: And then allow the birth process came to mind. Bill: Thank you. And now as you were talking about that the thing that I got was like to receive that which is already yours. And for them to receive everything which is already theirs too. Kathy: Beautiful. Bill: All right, Andy from New Mexico. Andy: Hi Bill. Bill: Hi. Andy: I had a really odd experience. What came to me was sort of like a, like a nasty character from Harry Potter or (_________) maybe saying you should not do this; you should give it up; you are never going to be able to do this. It is inauthentic for you and it was like, what. And I just, I just had to take a stand for myself and say no; that is not right. It is not the vision I have for myself and for my life and for my business. It is just very, very odd that I just feel much more committed now. It is like… Bill: Yes. Andy: …pushed me into it. It is almost like a suitcase just shaped to make me do that. Bill: Yes. Andy: Is that right? Bill: Yes, it is. I think it is beautiful because what will wind up happening is that if you yourself took on you know the role of, of a shape shifter. It is like here it is. And to challenge you to stand and on your own feet. That is awesome. Andy: Yes. Bill: I love that experience. Andy: Well, I did not. But I mean in retrospect now it feels like what it took away from me is an aspect of having to chase it. It is more like sitting firm in it and that I can have it come to me and that the right people-- it is just like I just raised my prices again in the last few minutes. I do not want something huge but I want it profound and that to work with the right people and I do not know. I just feel so much more grounded at the moment. Bill: Yes, well, it makes a lot sense because… Andy: But, I do not think-- go ahead; what were you going to say. Bill: I was going to say what your future self allows you to do is tap into your warrior energy. Andy: Yes. Bill: And the warrior energy is very grounding, yes.

Andy: Yeah and it is got an element too though of-- there is an element of graciousness about it that is opposite of that chasing frantic kind of energy. Bill: Yes. Andy: Like a solid, gracious, accepting, yeah. So thank you as always. Bill: Yes, I appreciate your sharing. Andy: Thanks. Bill: All right so there is a whole bunch of questions and on-line as well. So, I wanted to take a look at that. Before I do that, I just wanted to say there is another handout that we have got. It is CON-2, which is really about stepping into your most confident self. And I just want to urge everyone to be able to fill that out. And you can use the experience of what we just did in the guided visualization meditation to help you with that. So this exercise is going to help you how to imagine your most confident version of yourself would show up in consultation. Because that you can imagine you can make reality. So, if you are completely confident, what would your consultation look, sound and feel like? Yes and so I would love for you to be able to get into a space where you can just write freeform anything you want and I will give you an example. I show up feeling totally relaxed and clients love me and everyone that I wind up talking with, I create an instant connection and everything just flows so peacefully and beautifully. Nowhere do I feel like I am forcing it and everything just seems so nice. Off the top of my head that is some of the things that you can write. And the more you can get yourself into the state of being that you want to exude in a consultation, the easier all of it becomes. So, I just wanted to point out that there are all of these tools and exercises that we have got here that you can continue using time and time again. And it is not where it is like you have just done this on this one call and it is over. No, this is a practice; this is an on-going thing that you can do to continue to develop your confidence level. All right, so let us see what some of these questions on line is. So Debbie from Cincinnati writes, “This realization was awesome Bill!” with some exclamation points. All right, we got Bernie, Mr. Kettle on the line. Hi Bernie. Bernie: Hey Bill, how are you? Bill: Doing great, thank you; glad you are here. Bernie: Good, well I just really, really loved the visualization. What I came up with is my intuition; I am not in touch with it as much as I would like to be and so I came up with I am, I am an intuitive being. And when that lady said your movements alone will attract those ready to move, my body recognized the truth in that statement. Bill: Mmmm; yes. Bernie: Like my intuition was there recognizing it. So, the question I have for you is; I noticed last year there was a why now, why me question before going into the where do you want to see yourself in a year’s time… Bill: Yes. Bernie: …it looks like you have dropped that piece and I was just curious about that; can you speak to that? BILL: Yes, the why now, why me, was something that I used in a consultation all of the time and it works, and it worked for me because of a particular situation. So when people have heard of me before or my website has a tremendous amount of information and content and articles and blog and all kinds of things that has been around for five, six, eight years maybe. So, that question worked for me because people had definitive answer to why now and why me. And I took it out of teaching in Master Enrollment because it does not work for everybody. For example, if you are starting out or people do not know who you are or-- it does not work so well. But why now is a good question, but what I realize is that we in-- we are getting to the answer to that question in the consultation anyway. I am doing everything possible to streamline the process. Bernie: Okay, that makes sense. Yes, and I have noticed it sometimes when I ask that question people start (_________) out of presence. So, it can come out-- it is like the energetic flow is not quite right so… Bill: Yes, yes, exactly. Bernie: It makes sense. I have question; so when people decide to think about it and I set another call with them, I am not really sure how to maximize the chances that this person will claim what they really need on that call and sign up as a client. It is like the energetic flow is now been interrupted by the gap in time. I am just wondering what you can suggest about making it as successful as possible.

Bill: Yes, one of the things that you can do is especially if you are the kind of person that takes notes is to recap the conversation. I am talking about a one or two minute recap. It really drops people into, “Oh my God, here is someone who really knows and still remembers me,’’ and it brings them back into the energy of it as well. So, that is one of the things that I know has worked incredibly well. Bernie: Okay, that makes sense. And then having done that it is like re-establishing the gap (_________) so then and then kind of almost go back and do the close me gap piece again. Bill: Yes, it is really re-establishing and closing the gap all at the same thing. That is the re-gap. It is like, okay here is what you said you really wanted, here is what your current situation is, here is the things that are getting in the way; this is what I have outlined, what it would look like for us to work together; let us talk about that; right. It makes it harder for people just to go into; “well, I have decided not-- for us not to work together.” I have actually had a situation where I have done that. I was just getting on the phone to tell you politely to tell you no, but now that I have heard this again, it is like, I got to do this. Bernie: Yes, that makes sense. Bill: Yes. Bernie: Thank you.
