In response to attendee requests for increased opportunities for professional development and employment connections, ADHA is bringing a Career Center to the Annual Conference in Columbus, OH. The Career Center will be an EXCLUSIVE new feature on the exhibit floor. All conference attendees are encouraged to visit the Career Center, whether they are soon-to-be graduates, young professionals, or seasoned pros. Job listing on ADHA Website

• Your job posting will be available for Annual Conference attendees to view six weeks prior to the conference and three months post- conference. This allows you to continue your candidate outreach beyond Annual Conference.

• Posting the job listing prior to Annual Conference will allow you to communicate and even set up interviews with possible candidates before Annual Conference.

One-on-One Interview Booth

• Each booth has a 10 x 10 space and will come with a 6-ft. table, (2) chairs, and a curtained drape on three sides to give you privacy during your interview.

• You will be given 30-minute time slots with your choice of candidates.

• The process of scheduling interviews with your candidates is entirely up to you. ADHA will provide the 30-minute time slots to conduct interviews. We ask that a confirmed schedule with candidates names be submitted no later than June 15.

• On-site, your candidates will be given instruc-tions to sit in a particular section in the Career Center waiting area, so that it is easier for you to identify your candidate when you are ready to proceed to the Interview Booth.

• Candidates cannot go inside the Interview Booth unless they are escorted by the recruiter or an ADHA staff member. It is up to the interviewer to locate their candidates outside the Career Center.

• There will be a total of 10 Interview stalls, to be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

For an additional $500, take 20 minutes to showcase your organization prior to your Saturday One-on-One Interviews! Presentations will occur on Friday, June 22 at the mini-presentation stage inside the Career Center. ADHA will include your presentation in the Mobile App for attendees to add to their schedule. The basic Career Center Package must be purchased to participate in the mini-presentation stage. Limited slots are available, they will be determined on a first come, first served basis.

Rules/RegulationsYou must be a registered exhibitor to purchase a Career Center Package.

Payment must be received in full.

Cancellation Policy: All registrations, cancellations, and refund requests must be made in writing by May 11, 2018 to [email protected]. A refund of the Career Center packages, minus a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by May 11, 2018. After May 12, 2018, no refunds will be given.
